I brought a pants at online Zara and I received an email telling that it was delivered and where I checked at my building I did not see anything After opened a case they sent to me a picture from the delivery but they left my package not in safety place. Extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been a full month, and I still have not received my refund. The refund process was delayed beyond the legal timeframe, and customer support failed to provide clear answers or resolve the issue promptly. This level of service is unacceptable. I expected much better from Zara.

Just Don't Do It
What the heck happened to this once mighty brand. My products arrived damaged, it took me ages to be properly instructed on how to upload the pictures, and then ages again to finally get an answer after repeated follow ups: Sorry it was fine in the warehouse, so the damaged goods are all yours. And their staff in NYC are some of rudest people in retail. I'll never shop there again and discourage anyone from shopping there. You're just putting yourself in harms way.

I ordered 3 items online from Zara at Xmas came to £85 but the order was cancelled but they still took the money from account then refunded me £4.05 not the full amount. Provided lots of details even the reference from my bank through WhatsApp get lots of different advisors then the said going to send my issue to another dept would receive an email never got back to me again contacted Zara through WhatsApp stating needed ARN not sure what that is so I’m out of pocket £85 and wasted my time trying to sort this issue never again will I buy online from this company how many bad reviews does 1 international clothes company want before they sort these problems out shocking

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Zara in Australis use DRAGONFLY couriers. APPALLING. Cannot call or email and are always directed to CHAT boxes where Customer service officers clearer choose from scripts, say they will "escalate the problem" and the merry go round of attempting to get your delivery goes on again. I have tried 8 times to recieve my order, paid for weeks ago. I am beginning to believe that Zara online is becoming a type of scam - a version of Buykud or similar. APPALLING. The ONE STAR is in HOPE that they read this.......APPALLING company.

Order is processing for a week and everyday they are canceling items from the order.I placed an order with 7 items, the order was “processing” for 6 days and on the supposed arrival day of the shipping i kept getting emails of clothes being taken out of the order because they are not available. I ordered them when they were still in stock and i checked 2 days after i sent the order they were still in stock. All of a sudden everything is somehow selling out. They keep saying that it will be deducted from my payment but there is no info about the refund and they don’t give clear answers. Just buy in store never do online

Worst customer service Iv had. An item wasn't refunded, I have got in touch three times about this as I don't have the item or the money, & they just dismiss it & end the chat. Honestly horrendous service, I don't know how such a huge corporation can get away with this.
