Better off staying at a hotel
Better off staying at a hotel. The places they offer are nice, but with these prices... Mamma Mia. Honestly, just stay at a hotel. Or use Air BnB.

Nice little apartment, good location
This apartment has a great central location, very close to the local metros, shops and there is plenty to see and do in the area. The area appears clean and very safe, with secure access to the apartment complex. The owner was very helpful and friendly, I could not fault his service. This apartment is quite small, but it makes clever use of the space with lots of hidden storage. The bedroom is on a level above the living room - you need to climb a ladder to get up there and you can't stand up, but the bed is comfortable and you eventually get used to the low ceiling! The kitchen is very small to cook in and the fridge is quite small, but it is well equipped. The living room is very spacious with a comfortable sofa, although we found the TV quite challenging to work and sadly could not find any English channels. The en suite is modern and clean with a pleasant shower. Overall, this is a nicely contained, well furnished apartment with a good location and a very accommodating host. Its downsides are the stairs to the apartment floor, the ladder to the bed and low ceiling above the bed, and the lack of English TV - but these are all very minor points! I would recommend staying in this apartment.

Low Rent Budget Apartment
Positive: Location (already reviewed). Owner is helpful and honest. Felt safe walking and the street is quiet. Negative: The apartment quality suits its rent; since Paris is expensive, the rent may help the budget-minded. (We had few choices when our desired rental cancelled.) The building is old; a few apartments are modern but this one is behind times. Some obvious, generally tolerable cosmetic and comfort-oriented deficits need attention. There is no lift and the unit is up two levels. A cramped loo is separate from the bath.

Briliant!
The apartment was clean and well kept. The location was great, it was close to metro station, and all the shops we needed. The owners went out of their way to make us welcome and make our stay as pleasant as possible. This will definitely be on the top of our list for accomodation next time we come to Paris!

It was what I expected
Very decent apartment. Equipped with everything necessary. Good location (7 subway line). Definitely would recommend for a short stay in Paris.

Perfect for three people.
Apartment was good for three people. It was close to the Metro and stores. Bathroom was too small. The owner Celine was nice and helpful.

stay in a pleasent nighborehood, central and convenient apartment
The apartment is in a pleasent nighbeurhood near the metro and the market. It is located in a residence building, and got all you need. It has one bedroom and a living room, and fully aquiped kitchen. Everything was very good except the cleaning and maintenance which was o.k. At the first day of our stay there was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen cupboard, and we had to open the doors until it vanished. The trash can had no buttery to be opened and there was no bulb in the coridour, but still we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and we do recomend it.

The owner was very friendly he helped in all time for example in Sunday my wife she needed doctor he called a good doctor he came and visited my wife short story we had good time in paris and I found one good family friend I want say hi to mr pascal and thank you

cozy apartment with the excellent location
I was absolutely glad I have booked it - it's quite small (as almost all the Parisian apartments), but clean and neat. There was everything (except hairdryer!) needed, the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent - the metro station is right down the building, the infrastructure is also fine - supermarket, boullangerie and cafes are all around the building. Good choice for a reasonable price!

Fantastic location, not too touristy, lovely apartment & view, helpful friendly owner
When we arrived we were met by a really friendly host who spoke excellent English and wouldn't allow us to carry our own bags up the stairs. We loved the location and the apartment and it was as the photos on the website had shown. We felt very safe there, it's a lovely area with everything we needed on our doorstep. The Metro station is a stones throw away and there were many tourist attractions in walking distance. We had a really great stay and would definitely go back to the same place again.

Good apartment, very quite but needs a little TLC
Great location, very quite however needs a little attention as some power points don't work, both lamps had faulty switches, bathroom main light didn't work, fridge has a few shelves missing, coffee pot is missing a lid and required a knife and weight to make it work, the shower has no holder for the showerhead and the shower curtain was about a foot too long. Lots of left over food from other tenants which lovely, but either gone off or way to old. So lots of little things that a days maintenance work would make a great place than a nice place with a minor issues.

Too little for the family with 2 children, but close to the metro
We were saticified by the location of the building. It was close to the metro. The room is ok for tho two, but there 4 of us, so it was difficult to have a rest. Clean is so-so. The kitchen is not bad. Thanks a lot for the host's attention: all problems that we had were solved.

Great Location, Not Recommended for Longer Visits
The apartment is in a central location, in the busy Marais area of Paris, with Rambuteau Metro a 2 minute walk away. With plenty of supermarkets and grocer shops in the area, it's easy to buy food for your stay. Our stay was longer than a month, and found that the apartment worked well for us to visit all of Paris, both by metro and on foot. The apartment is on the fourth floor which is adverhtised, and as the month went on, it was less intense climbing the stairs. There were a few problems with the flat - the general standard of cleanliness left a lot to be desired, there was mould in the shower, and it was blocked, which meant very quick showers before the shower tray filled up. The toilet is a mascerator pump. and therefore requires that users be very careful with what the put down it. The sliding wardrobe doors were broken, and did not open and shut properly, and when moved were extremely noisy (causing the downstairs neighbour to complain within our first half an hour, though we are not particularly noisy people). The kitchen was ill-equipped, with one wooden spatula, a very dirty sieve, a bottle-opener, a bread knife and a few pans (also dirty). The coffee machine, the one bizarre luxury, required very specific, branded capsules, and there was no cafetiere (a staple of ANY French kitchen). We were only provided with a single set of linen for our entire month's stay, which seemed short-sighted. We were also not provided with an invoice or receipt, despite being promised that it would be emailed to us, and the rather peculiarly, we were told we did not need to leave the deposit after all. There is a nightclub beneath the apartment, which is open until 5am, with fairly noisy revelers, we are young, and can sleep through pretty much anything, but this could be a problem for older guests, or those with a baby. That said, we were able to overcome these things, and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Paris.

Nice apartment
We really enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed and given a full run down on the apartment and a lot of help about how to get around and what to sees and were to eat in the area. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was fast and had a strong connection. The beds were comfortable and all linen fresh and clean. We would recommend this apartment for your next Paris visit.
