They were super kind and fast. We needed them to move our big furniture pieces and they ended up having time to grab extra smaller pieces to help our move go quicker.

Tyler P, Armando, and Ben did excellent and were fast as hell. Very nice and courteous.
I strongly DO NOT recommend All My Sons!!!We clearly informed them in advance that the furniture was extremely heavy. We disassembled everything ourselves and removed shelves and drawers to make the job easier. Despite that preparation, the crew arrived under-equipped and unprepared. They did not bring appropriate equipment, and we had to provide our own dollies. One employee even said, “Thank goodness you have these dollies because I don’t know what we would have done.” That statement alone was alarming. The dollies they brought were not suitable for our furniture and would have caused damage if used. They didn’t know how to operate the lift on their own truck, we had to show them. Both movers were visibly struggling, rubbing their necks and stretching their backs, and neither wore back support. At one point, a large hutch nearly hit the wall because they didn’t have control of it.I was asked to climb into the back of the moving truck to help. One of the movers told my husband, “We are going to need help with the desk.” My husband and my 70-year-old father ended up helping them unload and move a heavy oak desk. We hired movers so our family would not have to risk injury, yet we were the ones doing much of the heavy lifting. They struggled with basic problem-solving, including getting a desk through a doorway. I have photos and videos showing my husband and the furniture owner doing a significant portion of the work.To make matters worse, the final bill was more than double the original quote. When we spoke to address the discrepancies, the representative claimed she didn’t know the manager’s name and repeatedly said she “didn’t understand” what we were referencing. They later reached out and spoke with my husband. He scheduled a time for both of us to be on a follow-up call. It has now been over two weeks with no contact. Silence. This experience was unsafe, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. We paid for professional movers and ended up doing much of the work ourselves, at more than twice the quoted cost. I strongly advise others to choose a different company.
My experience with All My Sons Moving (32 Coles Ave, Cherry Hill Township, NJ and All My Sons Corporate Office in Texas) has been the worst service experience I have ever had, and their public ratings across major platforms reflect exactly why so many customers report similar issues.Across multiple review sites, this company consistently scores poorly:• Google: Approximately 3.9 stars, with thousands of reviews• Yelp: Approximately 1.5–2 stars, with a long history of complaints• Better Business Bureau (BBB): 1.97 stars across more than 1,000 customer reviews, despite being “accredited”These ratings are not a coincidence — they mirror the exact problems I experienced. Please don’t take the chances that I did and use this company. You’ll be very sorry.I hired All My Sons for what should have been a simple, professionally handled move within Pennsylvania. Instead, the company sent a crew from their New Jersey branch, and from the moment they arrived, the situation was unacceptable. The movers smelled strongly of weed, and the odor was so overwhelming that it transferred onto my belongings, the moving blankets, and into my home.Despite being quoted $1,500 for a move that originally included far more items than we ultimately needed moved, the crew stalled for hours, took an unreasonable amount of time to get set up, and barely worked. They attempted to charge us $200 per hour for 12 hours to move fewer than ten pieces of furniture and no boxes—time that was inflated entirely due to their own lack of productivity. They even took apart furniture unnecessarily, removing every screw they could find, and then struggled to reassemble anything, which appeared to be a deliberate tactic to keep the clock running. To make matters worse, they forced us to pay immediately before unloading the furniture, even though the job was nowhere near complete and their performance had already been unacceptable. They refused to allow me to inspect my furniture after they brought it in. They were holding my furniture in their truck until I provided the person on the phone with a credit card to pay for the move.By 10 p.m., exhausted and frustrated, we had no choice but to let them leave. My husband and I ended up moving most of the furniture ourselves, unwrapping and assembling items they were supposed to handle. The next day, we had to take two cars and make multiple trips just to move basic items like totes and clothing bags—items we specifically hired them to move.Damage Discovered - In daylight, the true extent of the damage became clear. The movers had:• Drilled holes through three credenzas, including over ten holes on the wrong side of two of them• Split a 500+ lb wooden and marble credenza by placing it on its side on a dolly instead of carrying it properly• Stained my couch• Broken a $1,500 art piece• Scratched $1,200 chairsTheir lack of training and care was obvious, and their behavior raised serious concerns about whether they were under the influence while handling our property.Claims Process & Geoff BurgessI filed a claim for nearly $10,000 in damages, providing receipts, photos, and videos—evidence the company was aware of from the moment the damage occurred. Since my move at the end of December, I have been going back and forth with All My Sons for months. It is now March, and they have:• Refused to settle• Refused to explain their employees’ behavior• Refused to address the lack of training or drug testing• Refused to replace or compensate me for the extensive damageThe claims representative, Geoff Burgess, has been a complete roadblock. He:• Refuses to review any of the material proof• Refuses to provide documentation• Refuses to acknowledge the severity of the damage• Blocks any attempt to escalate the issueI even tried going to his supervisor and to customer service, and no one will do anything. Every path leads back to Geoff, who simply repeats the same scripted denial.Their final response was that their insurance would only cover $644 under “limited liability,” and they refused to refund the $1,500 I paid for the move. The local NJ operations manager initially told me he would speak with his partner and call me back. He never did. I have texted him multiple times and left a voicemail with no response except to speak Geoff in claims. The company also refuses to let customers speak directly with their executive team, forcing all communication through an internal division that shields them from accountability. I even tried reaching out on LinkedIn to the chief customer officer of all my sons in their corporate office in Texas. This company ignores customers, denies valid claims, and hides behind red tape. Their low BBB/Yelp ratings are earned. Check reviews first—don't make my mistake!
Tyler P Thurmond C was absolute amazing and I could have done it without them. They were on time and worked very hard from the time they got here through the whole thing Was very impressed and will definitely recommend this company to everyone
Outrageous charges . Some of my items fell on ground got dirty.

Tyler P and Jameson M did a great job helping with the move 💪🏾
BEWARE: DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY!! FIND ANYONE ELSE!! I called All My Sons Moving and Storage and discussed my full scale packing service and move with Steve (Jan 2026). He was eager to get my business from another big box company and guaranteed that he could do my full job for a $2,500 flat rate including packing materials. He said "if it's over that they'll just have to be mad with me but you won't pay over what I quoted. I'll make sure you're taken care of." Unbeknownst to us, Steve subcontracted our job to Wayne's Moving Services, LLC (another dumpster fire company. See separate review on Yelp). Nevertheless, we decided to proceed. An estimator did a virtual inspection of the items to be packed and said the price would be $2,695. We agreed to pay the additional amount. Prior to the pack and move, the communication was horrific. We weren't kept informed of delays, reschedules, plans, or anything. Our job's dates and times were changed multiple times without our knowledge or approval. Steve tried to assist when his subcontractors were non responsive but it was clear he was not in charge, had no authority over, nor took any responsibility for his subcontractors poor performance. His subcontractors extorted us for an additional $400 over the contracted rate because they "underestimated the job and just needed to pay my guys". When my husband challenged him on this, Steve reneged on what he promised and claimed he never said that. Steve is shady and does not honor his word. He's argumentative and patronizing. Their business model is built on bait and switch. They get you to book with them for a lower price then you end up paying a lot more than what was agreed upon because they leave you with no choice. All My Sons is not a reputable company and I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews before booking with them. Our experience was unnecessarily STRESSFUL and I pray this review keeps someone else from booking with them.
Do not use they will damage your furniture, and they do not have insurance they only have a contract. They lie about their prices, and they tried to make me sign a blank credit card slip ..they all they do is drop your furniture and if they damage your big screen TV they only owe you..... 10 per pound ..you are better off getting uphaul. They are extreamly nasty ..never again
Our experience with All My Sons was phenomenal! Professionalism and kindness from owner to workers. Russell was extremely accommodating and upfront regarding all pricing. Darrien and Jeffrey were efficient and careful with all items moved. Using this company made the process of moving so much less stressful. Honest, dependable, efficient and kind describes my entire experience.
I have moved successfully several times over three decades. This was the worst experience ever and needs to be reviewed by a third party.
Worst move ever. lazy crew - no leadership - no supplies! Broke lots of items and now wont pay up what is owed with there own upgrade "insurance". See them in court.
From the moment they walked in the door they were unfriendly rude didn’t know what they were doing. Walking outside every five minutes we didn’t have a lot of stuff they could’ve packed it in maybe four hours it took them eight between going back-and-forth to the truck. They broke so many things they left a quarter of the stuff at my house. I had to put it in a truck myself they bang walls. They broke knobs on cabinets disrespectful people when they called to tell you your final price this company is so disgusting. I just needed to pay them and get them out of my house. They took all my clothes. They rolled them in bowls and put them on the bottom. They use my own towels instead of packing stuff out of my linen closet to wrap my stuff don’t ever use them. They’re the worst you don’t even get your moneys worth. I would’ve paid them to leave just so I would’ve done it myself if I could give them a zero or a negative one I would’ve.
Tyler P &Q were fantastic, very considerate and careful. Really appreciate them and would be happy to hire them again.I had issues with the logistics, regarding timing and scheduling the move. Originally we were supposed to move in at 4pm on 1/10. However, on my drive from out of state, that they couldn’t do the move. We were forced to stay in a hotel, because we were then scheduled as the 2nd move of the day for the crew on 1/11. I was awoken to multiple phone calls at 7:30am, but I was not told what time to expect the crew, that the movers were at our destination waiting for us. I was not told that we would be the 1st move when we were confirmed as the 2nd. Thankfully we eventually got a crew to help us move in, but it was costly and stressful.
They were through and quick with gathering the materials. They arrived on time and called in advanced. They arrived around 8:30 and were here for about 1 hour 15 minutes. They were friendly and kind. The movers are: Tyler P, Armondo
Beware. (Medford, MA.)The estimate you receive up front is a lie. I was quoted $661 to move a 1 br apt about 1/2 mile. They charge an hourly rate for "travel". They didn't mention being 45 minutes away from me. I never would have booked that had I known. My rate was $159 per hour. I expected it, and that additional hour was $159. So my total should have been around $830. Nope. That add more hidden charges. 14% "fuel surcharge", plus ridiculous fees for using tape and cardboard for large pictures. So I ended up being charged $1340. Oh.. they also don't inform you until the truck is loaded and they're outside ready to unload. The mover, Brian, said "I dread this part" before he showed me the bill. They low ball you up front, then hold your belongings before giving you the actual inflated new price. This is textbook bait and switch. Run away from these scammers. Also, they left several items at the old location and I had to make 3 more trips up 2 flights of stairs. The worst. The guys were nice, but that's about the only plus.
Fast! Got the job done. Thanks Tyler & Nick!
Tyler P and Dustin were absolutely incredible. Very kind and well mannered. They handled all of our belongings with care and made sure the floors were protected. We couldn’t ask for any better movers. We are grateful for their hard work.
