Terrible Masks, Duplicitous Seller
I have ordered face masks from this site on a number of occasions, because I was very satisfied with their comfort, fit, and protection. In Sept., I placed an order for $100 worth of masks. On the web site, they looked like the usual design. Three weeks later, I reached out to the company to find out why I had received an email notifying me that the status of the order had been updated to "delivered" when I had not in fact received them. I received several emails over the next week asking for the same information over and over again and promising to "escalate" my case. I eventually received an email from someone claiming to be an executive stating that the supply chain had caused the delay in delivery. I suddenly received my order two days later (shipped from NY). The entire design of the masks had changed. The material was cheaper, so the masks now gapped at the top and bottom. Instead of comfortable tube elastic threaded through a casement, the masks now had cheap, thin, flat elastic tacked to the corners. As a result, the masks now gapped at the sides, as well. I complained again. The alleged executive promised to send me the same order done in the original style. That was in October. I'm still waiting and out $100. Dear reader, learn from my mistake. Do not order masks from this untrustworthy, duplicitous seller.

Every time I contacted them to cancel the order always had to wait for them to talk to "higher up".then i did investigation about their help nu and i found their help i was able to get in touch with customer service rep who helped me

Although I love the mask designs it takes weeks for them to be delivered. Plan accordingly if you are purchasing for a gift or seasonally.

Cute, soft, comfortable, and adjustable elastic
I have ordered from Alycandy several times since about May 2020. I have purchased about 50 masks, both for myself and gifts. I don't like wearing a mask, but it is required at work. I've found if I can wear a cute mask, it makes it more fun. I work in customer service, and often get compliments on my masks. I have so many different ones that I can usually find one to coordinate with what I'm wearing. The masks are cute, soft, comfortable, and the last batch I just ordered in September 2021 came with adjustable straps.

I dig the masks Alycandy make. Light weight breathable material. Made great and have alot of designs to choose from. The only place I get my masks from.. I have 5 now from them. It may take a while to receive them, but worth the wait.

Your new, huge masks don't fit!!
Until this last order, I have loved my Alycandy masks and recommended you to female relatives and friends. Your masks fit my face better than any except my N and KN95s. This time, all 3 new masks were so huge, they fell right off my face. They measure much wider, the ear loops enormous, and they seem to be made for abnormally large faces. I want a refund and will never order from you or recommend you again.

These masks are so soft and I appreciate having the pocket to add a filter. I love picking out some of the cute and pretty masks, and they have a great assortment to choose from. This is my second purchase from Alycandy.

I love my masks! They look great & feel great! I get so many compliments. I accidentally washed a couple of them in the regular cycle of the washing machine & they held up fine! Very well made.

My second new mask is super cute! It was shipped really quickly, but then got stalled en-route so it took a while to arrive. I don't believe this is the fault of AlyCandy, hence my five star review. Now to figure out which one I want to order next! <3
