I ordered a print. They contacted me immediately to confirm the order. There was some confusion, so I tried to communicate via email --and using chat. Crickets. My credit card was charged, but no print was delivered! I finally got ahold of them, and I had to pay the NON-SALE amount, but I did get the order, and I am pleased with the quality.
It was so easy to order our canvas print. A lot of people do their wedding date/song. We recently moved to Tennessee, so we did our name, the date we arrived and an amazing Nashville song for the lyrics. It is AMAZING! Order, shipping, everything was great!
Absolute garbage! I ordered a print for an anniversary gift and it arrived broken. I reached out with photos and feedback and was told another would be sent. NEVER HAPPENED! Number then didn’t work. Don’t do it!
Loved this gift turned it great!! I recommend this company. Customer service was unbelievable. Even after I made a mistake they made it right for a small fee. Email responses were within minutes. And the product is beautiful.

I saw the ad on Facebook for Amourprints and at first was a little leery but about ordering because sometimes on Facebook, things aren't what they seem. Not true here. I love that they are a family business and are located in the states. I placed an order and I quickly had a response from Kirstie about my order because I forgot to add some information. It is nice to be able to communicate with the same person instead of being bounced around. I ordered right before the holidays and knew that there would be some delay because of that, and Kirstie informed me and said that if I needed it sooner she would rush it. Received my order yesterday and it was so beautiful! The quality of work is fantastic and the cost is so worth it! I can't wait to give it to our friends. Thanks Kirstie and family!

Was a quick and easy process to pick the information on the print and make adjustments, great customer service. Did have some challenges in understanding when it would be shipped but everything made it in time so it all worked out in the end. Very satisfied in the final product!
