I would give minus stars if possible. My latest complaint is that I paid AMZ Kindle Direct Publishing to create a Website and manage it for three years. The Website was good, but without notice, they stopped managing it and removed it before the contract was up. After weeks in trying to find my Website, I've finally given up. Suing them for breach of contract isn't worth it and neither are the services they provide.
