I haven't received my order and I wasn't told it was lost until I reached out looking for it. I've been told it will reship but have not been advised when that will occur.
Wall baskets arrived very late. When I opened. One of the wall basket was damaged. Tried emailing. No response. Tried messaging through Instagram. No answer. Very disappointed. I bought these because they looked beautiful but there is absolutely no customer service.

Such a dragged on wait to get my stuff. Took so long to get my order shipped, customer service was not the best, and now dealing with customs and having to pay for it because I was told by USPS that you guys are using fake labels. Let your customers know about paying for customs. Will never be buying from here again. Not worth the hassle.
We have not received most of our order, and are not provided tracking or mention of the rest.
The large woven circle has a couple loose strings. I sent an email to ask for help or a replacement.
I ordered two baskets. They were not sent, and all of my communications to customer service have been ignored. They are not a legit company and will steal your money.
These are gorgeous and have been awesome to configure, unfortunately during transit the box was destroyed and the largest one is super bent and warped and is too bent to hang in the wall as it’s curved. Total bummer - tried to straighten out and won’t budge. Otherwise these are cool!

Never received order!! Have tried leaving 10+ emails and no response. It's been over a month and yet I read that many had fast delivery. Customer service is not good and no phone number I could find to call.

I hate to say that I expected something a little more special/unique for the price. I love the “story” but feel like these are the same baskets you see in HomeGoods, World Market, even Walmart for far less the cost. I’m disappointed.
It's been over 15 days still the packed has not arrived on a standard delivery for me.If the delivery is going to be so slow, I will have e to consider before buying from. Artera again
