Unprofessional and unpunctual
My daughter was enrolled for 3 months ( thats the package ) The classes (1 or 2 each month ) would be cancelled due to teacher inavailability or family emergency - which was understandable . There will be email reminders sentand link a day or two in advance , but the instructor will cancel the class last minute , so you can expect your time to be wasted and your child be disappointed . No structure of these lessons were discussed , on one occasion the teacher telling my daughter , she can choose a picture she wants to draw - she wants to paint a picasso , the teachers are expected to tech them basics .. she now has some random shapes drawn in her booksI paint myself and can teach her myself but sometimes they learn better from another teacher . The contact person can be very unprofessional too , when my husabnd highlighted on one occasion that my child was ready for the session , they not only cancelled the class with no prior info and then went on textg back that if the class is cancelled by the teacher , they will compensate , but if we cancel it , they lose a session( sure we know that ) So you need to hire people who are serious about art , we are not desperate for money or art , you are ..!! So get your act right ..!!
