The initial order was received without transition and I connected with support team. I was fortunate to get connected to Rahul in Gurugram team. He resolved my query and went up and beyond to make sure that I get the right spectacle frames and even ordered the ones that I needed as they were out of stock. Then he made sure that the specification and optometrist report are accurate. He also coordinated and kept me informed of the status of my exchange order and responded to all my queries immediately even when there was a time gap issue between india and Australia.
