These sheets are fraudulent. There is no silver. I tested with a meter - nothing. They are very scratchy - can’t even use them as a sheet. Tester they sent doesn’t work. No returns accepted if you open the package.
I ordered some grounding sheets. Their website clearly says right on the main page, "30 day guarantee, if you aren't experiencing deeper sleep, less pain and more energy, just let us know. One email and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked." I tried the sheets for a couple weeks and saw no difference so emailed to let them know. No response. Called their support line and had the same conversation. Despite multiple attempts to point out that the info I was stating was directly off their site, they kept repeating that their return policy is only for unused, still in the package items, and the best they could do for used items is a 50% refund. So if you want to "trial" their product, apparently you have to put the package of sheets, unopened on your bed somewhere and sleep with your normal sheets. Doesn't sound like a risk free trial to me, or any kind of trial for that matter. Besides not feeling any health benefits from the sheets, they were stiff and scratchy to sleep on. Definitely stay away from this company.
I ordered the sheets on Dec. 17, 2025, BareEarth promised shipment within a week of processing the order for which they fully charged including a $14.99 shipment fee, which they claim is due to the holiday! The website says free shipping! It's a scam, it's Jan 12 and I still do not have the product. They have told me is in the processing stage! I called Amex to dispute the charges. Do not order from this vendor!!!
I actually love the product, but the customer service is lacking. I had to continually bother them to get an item sent back. They ended up giving me the item for half price and awarding me a $20 gift card. I went to use that gift card, but it never showed up. I was trying to delete part of my order, but the site would not let me. The order went through without a confirmation page, so I called the company to cancel and get the correct order. I received emails stating that I placed my new order, but the email about my cancelled order did not come through. I wanted the agent to wait online with me, and she got very snippy. I won't be ordering from this company again simply because of the terrible customer service.
