Never received the product that I ordered.
I ordered a cover. They took my money but never sent me the product. There is no customer service. I finally contacted my credit card company and they refunded me my money.

Terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service!Placed an order for two bed lounge covers and received only one. After multiple emails to their customer service and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, BedLounge never provided a second cover nor ever attempted to respond to inquiries. Definitely would not recommend buying from this company!!

CAUTION!!!I placed an order on December 27th that has not shipped. I have tried contacting support multiple times, no response. Online chat does not work. Site appears to be a scam. CAUTION!!!!

This company not trustable. I saw in tiktok and order cooking deluxe and relax bag and paid but not get.I paid with Klarna but not get my staff or my money. Even they use another company name Integrity myza
