I sent my book in March 7th 2024. It delivered March 11th 2024 and today is April 18th 2024. Still no check in the mail lol. I go to contact them and it says that they are closed. Wish I looked at reviews before sending in my book.
Do not sell your books with this company. I sent them mine and still waiting, I emailed them several times with no response. Seems like they’re closed, I still expect my book back (which is an expensive book) or the money.
I sent my books to them more than a month ago , was really in need for the money, they never answered my emails and now they suddenly closed. I wish i never sent my books to them. So disappointed
Horrible! Definitely understand why they were immediately closed. Sucks that they have my book and money that I was supposed to get for it. Wendy was very rude and wish I never sent my book to them.
I sent several books to this company March 2, 2024. I have been sending emails with no response. Now today I look their website up and they are showing closed. Wow what a way to do business. Why accept more books and not communicate that you are closing? This fraud. They have my product I sent which was in great condition I expect payment.
Got quoted for a $200 payment on Feb 7 2024 still haven’t got pay out .. the company seem to be closed. If they knew they were gonna close they kept accepting books and stole from customers .
*DO NOT USE*. Check was returned due to NSF. Communications were terrible. In trying to receive my money back, I receive the following email:BeerMoneyBooks is immediately shut down and closed. All funds and books are frozen. No further information is available at this time.
They received my order on 2/16. Never received an email about them having accepted it. It's 3/15 and I have already filled out a request through their website a week ago and emailed them again today about not having received payment. No response so far.I will give an update if any payment is ever received.
sent my book in over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received payment.
This was the first time selling a book for me, and even though it took some time it was very organized and they do what they said on their policy.Definitely will use them again
I sent my book to them on 11/27/23, the website it says it was recieved on 12/26/23 and that they sent my check on 12/26/23 but I still haven't recieved it yet. I've sent numerous email but have not got a response from anyone yet.

Everything was good. Had to resolve an issue with customer service because of a glitch with the website. In the end it all went well.
I was a little leery of trying them because the name sounded so casual, but my experience was great. I had a question before sending the book, and they answered it promptly. I sent the book and received payment in about 3 weeks.
They pay out what they say they will pay out, which doesn't always happen with other companies. You might have to contact them to get paid.
THey eventually pay you, slower than ideal.

It's been a little over a month since I sent my item and they received it in good condition and I have not been paid and although they State you get quick payment when I contacted customer service a couple of weeks ago they stated it could take up to 4 weeks to get paid. I wouldn't expect it to be more than 7 to 10 days but I let it go but now that it's been beyond four weeks and no sign of a check I won't be using their services again. I hope that my experience was an isolated one and everyone else has had good dealings with them. My online experience when it came to creating the order to send and free shipping went smoothly but the whole point of it all was to get paid. Also if it was made clear from the beginning that it could take a month to receive a check then I wouldn't have used them to begin with.Regarding the reply from the company that I just had the opportunity to read: In no way is my review false and its rare that I would put forth the energy to leave a negative review anyway. Yes it says a check was sent but it was never received as I previously explained and I did contact your online customer service which said it could take 4 weeks to come in and.... it has not. It had already been over two weeks when I inquired and I waited until the full timeframe had come and gone before I responded to the email invite asking me to review my experience. Your company is welcome for my time invested in this honest and accurate review and you are welcome for the time and supplies it took to ship and the FREE college Chemistry Book you received and I'm sure you can verify, you never completed payment for. I am grateful I chose to just send the one and its only a $58.00 lesson to not use your company in the future. It could have been worse but thankfully I sent the others to SellBackYourBook on the same day and received their check within 8 days of them receiving the books as they promised. As previously stated, I hope my experience with your company is an isolated incident and there are satisfied customers that can share their positive experience. Your attitude and accusations speak for themselves, no effort has been put into issuing a replacement check or providing a copy of a cashed check if you are accusing me of already receiving funds.... I hope you have a great and glorious day and get some customer service training soon.
