To whom it concern,I purchased a mattress from your Bel store Sugarland Texas store three months ago I contact the Sugar land el store to let them know that the mattress is damaged they received several pictures and several people came out twice to take more pictures and measurements this has been going on for three months. I had to call each time the store never reached out to me. The mattress is less than a year old you have all of the information. I have a real bad back and the damaged mattress is making it worse. I have made this known several times. This is ridiculous. I want a full refund ASAP . I don’t want to have anything to do with BEL furniture company.Today is January 28,2026. I still haven’t received a refund or a new mattress. I haven’t received a call or email since I sent them this email. Thank you!

I Bought dinning set on Friday and got my dinning set on Saturday from the warehouse, when opening the boxes the table top was damaged factory defect from one corner and chairs as well. Submitted a claim for the defect of the dinning set and I haven't gotten a response from the claim department, saying that it would take 3 to 4 days and it almost close to a week. My guess is should be replaced with no questions asked next time I'm going to check all boxes before putting it on my truck just in case of any defects.

Biggest mistake of my life
Puchase furniture from BEL Furnitures on 26th Nov 2025, the invoice total was about $13k for my new house. It turned out to be biggest mistake. It's 42 days since and the delivery if all Furniture is not done. I was promised the entire delivery shall be in 2-3 weeks, at most by 15th Dec 2025. I made the purchase keeping that commitment in mind, otherwise I could have bought it from. Other storesIt's false commitment, poor customer service and I don't care attitude which makes this my worst purchase. Never recived any email response from their back end and customer service to my several follow up or enquiries.My advice is to stay away from BEL Furnitures even is it's cheaper than others to save your sanity, time and mental wellbeing. It's is frustrating, I have been following up every few days but no gain, the customer care doesn't pick, even if they do they put you on hold for 15-20 mins. Tried leaving voice mails, but none respond to that, they never follow up or call or commit through written email to avoid track back. It's all verbal and non commital.They don't really care about customers, you can sleep on floor or eat without table which was promised 4 weeks ago. Even after making a major purchase and paying in advance, I have no idea when the final delivery is going to take place.

THEY SHOULD CALL IT BEL REFURBISHED FURNITURE
First I have to say they need to call themselves Bel Refurbished Furniture and I will explain why. So we went there just recently in December of 2025 they had some special going on but we didn’t choose their sets on sale we chose one that was not on sale. Oh and By the way that Delivery free and set up free isn’t real its false advertisement, the sales person pointed it out to me on their brochure small writing. So we had to pay for delivery they brought the table set but it didn’t come in boxes in fact it wasn’t new. Let me tell you we didn’t pay 900 and so to get refurbished it was to be new but they they didn’t deliver quality but used . Well the table set was all in plastic wrap and in blue blankets like movers use. We have worked with movers before so were well aware of that .Well the table had been repaired on the corner the table was uneven and crooked. The two chairs were chipped so once we saw all of this that same day and called the delivery guy to tell him hey this table set has problems .We call their people at the delivery and then customer service and also their corporate mentioned to them that this table isn’t new that we expected a new table set not refurbished /used set. All we got was agents who were defensive and oh and they tell us that we can swap the bad chairs and table. We are like wait this table is used its not new it didn’t come out of its box this was a table set that had been refurbished and we didn’t pay this much for something refurbished. The people their will respond by email and give no name. We spoke with someone that said they will exchange the whole table set it and we asked her to email us back that in writing by email we have yet to hear from them. This is what I found from BBB and they have a grade FAccording to numerous complaints received in our offices, consumers experience delivery issues, product issues, and customer service issues during their business interaction with Bel Furniture. Upon delivery of their purchases, many consumers allege the merchandise ends up severely damaged, several items are missing from their order or the complete order is incorrect. When Bel Furniture is contacted regarding the damaged merchandise, consumers allege the business does not provide a suitable resolution. Consumers allege Bel Furniture charges a second delivery fee when consumers request their missing items be delivered, or a new delivery date is provided despite the company’s error. Additionally, allegations state Bel Furniture fails to contact consumers for verification of delivery dates causing consumers to miss the delivery of their items.In recent 2022 complaints, consumers alleged the company told them the delivery drivers are independent contractors and not employees of Bel Furniture. If furniture is damages during delivery, Bel Furniture is not liable. Unfortunately, when the consumer requested the contact information for the 3rd party delivery service, they refused to give that information out.

From the beginning, I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt — but at this point, I’m beyond frustrated. I was told by the salesman that I would have no interest for one year, yet I’ve now been paying interest for over a year. On top of that, I’ve been trying to get help with my warranty since OCTOBER. I’ve called multiple times and keep getting excuses like “we can’t find the email,” then “we see it, we’ll call you tomorrow,” and I’ve even been hung up on.Because of the complete lack of communication, I’m now stuck with a broken bed frame and no response from anyone. Between the misinformation and the constant runaround, this has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone

If I could give them a zero star I would. Ordered from instore, some of the items they did not have so I ordered it online- had no issues with this. They then message me with the online order about my card- even though the money had been taken from the account. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. They are so rude and speak to you like you are an issue. Took over an hour to find out what was going on with my order- 1st lady did not know anything, I asked her to put me through to a manager (and was kept on hold for 15-20 min each time) put me through to the manager to find out she was not one and she even said that she did not know why I was put through to her (so I was lied to) finally got through to a manager and she said the website is out of stock of my items and I will be refunded- this left me so upset and angry as you have already taken my money and said the items were in stock, and the pieces I ordered were to match the furniture I ordered in store. I had to then call up the different stores to see if they had two items that I needed- again just the way the staff answered the phone was so rude, they would keep me on hold and not get back to me. The lack of communication with this company is a joke, they just keep passing you along and blaming each department. Fast forward I have not received my refund for the online order - I call up, wait and ask calmly and nicely what's happening, to be put on hold for 20 min and no one gets back to me. I call back and the same lady cuts me up and says you need to dispute it with my bank (at this point they have not issued the refund) and I do cuss her out as she kept me on hold with the intention to give me no information and this is the 3rd phone call in to find out what's happening with my refund- of course I'm going to be upset. I have been patient and understanding up until this point and now she has brought me to tears as they have TAKEN my money with no items delivered to me and all I keep doing is calling up and being told call this number or that number- THE MANAGER said I'm not dealing with you and hung up. Got through to another person and was crying down the phone all I want is my refund (I would of cancelled the whole order however at this point the window for cancellation had passed) she was fixated on my disrespectful words to her untrained staff member- which I can fully apologise for however I am being disrespectful now and treating them how they have been treating me- if she had not left me on hold for 20 min and got back to me with what I was inquiring about I would not have called back in tears angry and frustrated for an ERROR they have caused and wanted my money refunded. The manager said I am doing this to myself and I'm doing the most- again I want a refund for items you did not have in stock- She then hung up. They have given me no communication via email about my refund or any level of customer service- I'm more than happy for them to listen to the calls- In fact I urge them to, as I can only be understanding and patient to an extent, but when you take my money and are not refunding me as you do not have the items in stock its stealing at this point. This was my first experience purchasing from them and I absolutely urge anyone to not buy from this store ever the customer service is not worth the hassle- they have hired people who lie and have no professionalism

I bought a recliner at Bel's Furniture in Humble, TX. The chair began to fade in different area of the recliner in less than 2 months. It also began to peel, even though I was told by the store manager, that the recliner was leather. I called the general manager, sent photos for the areas on the recliner as instructed. The general manager told me that this particular recliner had never had an issue in the past, therefore he would not be able to replace the recliner but that I was welcome to come into the store and purchase another new recliner. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I had just purchased the recliner and as a returning customer, Bel Furniture was not willing to assist me in any way. Not a professional way to treat a customer, nor will I go back to Bel to purchase another item! Be careful when purchasing so called leather and you are really purchasing cheap furniture from a furniture store that is not willing to replace or refund.
