Honestly I cannot praise Daryl and this store enough, the glasses are fantastic and I have tried lots of different frames over the years and constantly get compliments about them. The customer care is fantastic and I am a remote customer, so wherever you are Daryl will look after you and your eyes. Only problem is choosing from all the magnificent frames !

I would highly recommend Black eye wear in St. Albans to any of my family and friends because not only do they have lots of wonderful frames to choose from but the level of service myself and my husband received from Daryl was amazing. It really made such a difference to actually get proper customer service from someone who is clearly a professional and knows what he’s talking about. For example I have been wearing glasses for years and normally go to the high street opticians to get my glasses if I find a pair I like but not once in all these years has any member of staff properly fitted my glasses to my face so they were a perfect fit. In fact Daryl pointed out that I had one ear closer to my face then the other one, that was news to me 😁, no wonder my glasses in the past have always been a bit wonky, well not anymore they fit perfectly now. A huge thank you to Daryl for looking after my husband and I we are really happy with our glasses.
