Products arrived 3 months later
Never received the product. I placed an ordered on March 29, 2021. On May 2nd I email the Bodytrainerx and asked for a refund of $49.94 for the bodytrainerx & $19.99 for the tension bands…no refund was given. They had the nerve to email me that I may not qualify for a refund. Also, they stop responding to my emails.Today is July 21st, I just received my order after I wrote my review…I did not erase it because it is the truth…so I included this edit. Not worth the money. My advice, “Don’t do it!”

This product is not worth the money. I ordered and waited weeks for it. When it finally came I used it twice and it stretched out and broke. The company asked for a picture and i sent it. They keep telling me they sent it to another department for review and they would let me know when a replacement might be sent out. This is nonsense and I am extremely disappointed. I sent pictures and emailed them several times. The quality is terrible. No product should break like this. What a dissapointment. Terrible customer service.

This product is a piece of crap it broke apart just as soon as I got it I contacted the company several times with no response back or replacement of the product I am sending it back to them for my money back which I’m sure I will not get it is not worth it do not buy this product it is a big joke!!!!!

!DO NOT ORDER!Actually ZERO STARS!It is a scam, I ordered in April 2021, have contacted them multiple times requesting a refund as I never received the merchandise. They only replied how busy they were, and that my order would be first in line to be shipped.I finally reported them for fraud to the Federal Trade Commission, and let them know. No response.

I too have been scammed by BodyTrainerX. I placed an order in February 2021 and still haven’t received it 3 months later. Nor have they refunded my money after multiple requests. Please don’t waste your money. Needless to say, I’m very angry.

Scam Alert
Scam Alert! Ordered 25 February, 2021 & payment processed 26 February, 2021. Nothing received, nor updates on my order & tracking number showed not dispatched on 18 March. Email sent querying my order & a chance for them to refund if unable to supply. Received email stating doing everything they can to fulfil my order. Emailed them again on 19 April requesting they cancel my order & refund payment. I have received no reply. Today, 6 May, 2021 I have contacted my financial institution to process my refund & investigate BodytrainerX. Thankfully, using a credit card is somewhat like insurance against fraudulent activity. Buyer Beware!

Hello everyone,I want to say that I just received shipping information about my order a few minutes ago. I thought that the BodytrainerX company had ripped me off, but I am glad to say that I was wrong! I rather be wrong and admit that I am wrong then to be cheated out of my money. Please, email the company about your order. I want to apologize for accusing them of cheating me out of my money.

Ordered the Body Trainer X2 on Feb
Ordered the Body Trainer X2 on Feb. 24. Was to receive instructions through email the next day. No email instructions, contacted company 2x since. It is now April 12, 2021 and I have not received anything from them. I am pretty sure this company is a scam. So I am out my money, lesson learned when ordering on line.

Is this a scam?
I wish I had thought to research reviews prior to ordering also, but am now suspecting a scam. My account was charged immediately, followed by an email with an exercise routine, then notice of mailing and a tracking link that has never worked. I will follow up with my credit card company and the possibility of filing a scam complaint against the company with the State Attorney General. Sadly, I’ll never trust ordering through another company popping up on Facebook.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered the product...of course never got it...like one of the other people, wish I had read the reviews first. I emailed them and told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They responded saying if it's not too far in the process, they will cancel the order. I told them I never received an email saying the order was being processed, and that I want it cancelled and my money refunded. It's been 12 days since that email exchange...still waiting for my refund!!!!

Please do not order. They cited address issue as the reason for not delivering the product and there hasn't been any correspondense after I asked them to cancel the order. The email just mentioned a name and there is no contact details or customer care service number given. There has been couple of unsual overseas money transfer attempts from the same credit card account which I used for the purchase and I regret making this purchase. So please do not order through this company
