Beware! My subscription auto-renewed, and I haven't played a single minute in the new billing cycle. Support refused a refund, claiming the new charge is "part of the old subscription" just because I used the service last month. Zero hours played = no refund. Absolutely anti-consumer practice. Avoid leaving your card here!

TOO LAGGY to play, Boosteroid will not issue a refund as they claim I've opened a game and therefore used the subscription. You have to to try play a game to find out the service doesn't work. They take full 12 months of subscription. If you complain of their Reddit thread they will delete your post and ban you. SCAM COMPANY AVOID I can show trust pilot evidence this is real review.

Really good support.
I have been using boosteroid for many hours, and it fends off against the cloud gaming competition extremely well. Library is massive and there is no limit on how much you can play! Truly a great service, never had connection problems or performance issues. FYI (i have about 150mb download, 50 upload and an average of 10ms ping on their closest server) On top of that their support is incredibly fast with their replies! Just recently i had a technical question to ask, and one of their representatives "ShiftSupernova" answered in minutes and gave ma a clear and competent answer to my question. Truly reccomend the service.
Alright VMs, but horrible refund policy. If you forget cancelling subscription - there is now way of refunding your money. Therefore they are getting 2 stars as total service.

I've used Boosteroid multiples times now to play games I otherwise cannot on my actual Laptop/PC. It's cheap. It works well as the rigs they have are genuinely amazing. It has a very large game library as well so most games people would wanna play on a cloud gaming platform are most likely already here. I genuinely recommend it to anyone over the other alternatives out there. It just works. Right before this review, I've had an issue with the platform which I've made a ticket for. My ticket got an answer immediately and within 10 minutes, I've already fixed my issue with it, making the platform work just fine again. They respond fast and fix the issue just as fast. Amazing customer support.

I bought their service in hope of playing games on my Mac. However, their service did not work at my location at all. Their no refund policy is in this case really frustrating and I still want my money back.

I’ve been using the service for quite a while. Back then, there were a lot of issues. First of all, there are problems with saving in Steam games, you absolutely have to save before exiting, because if the game crashes or the power goes out, for some reason the cloud saves won’t be there when you launch it again. For example, this happened to me with Detroit: Become Human. However, Death Stranding on Epic Games worked fine. I also wouldn’t really recommend it for phones, and that’s actually why I bought it. On PC, the image quality is just about acceptable, but on a phone everything gets blurry, even though I have a 5 GHz connection and I’m in Ukraine, close to the servers. Overall, the service is okay provided you play on a PC and connect your router to the PC via cable. Also, make sure to check before every exit whether your game has synced to the cloud. But with blackout conditions, that’s not always possible, and that’s what really annoys me.

Such operations are handled via the game launcher, and we can't affect it directly. Once a connection is suddenly lost with the user, our system automatically closes the game in order to trigger cloud synchronization on the launcher side, but there still might be an issue on its end, which leads to the loss of progress. As for the mobile usage, we do recommend using a 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection since it's more stable than a 2.4 GHz one. However, there are other factors that may negatively affect the connection. For example, the network will be unstable if it's used by other devices or applications. Also, the selected server might be located further than the closest one, which also increases the latency and destabilizes the connection. maybe it works on games that is not as precise like counter strike, but that was the purpose i bought a sub. its laggy, not exact, its not by much but enough so u cant play. no refund, they wont accept refund. they sell a product that didnt work and refuse refund, i played 3 minutes. definition of scam.

The gaming service is working well. The games available can be played easily and without problems. Support is fast and friendly, too. I contacted them, and they were available immediately.
this is an absolute scam, the servers are there only to barely work(very high input lag, with supposedly having a server 8ms away, and frame drops it is unplayable) take your first month of payment with no refund options. Stay away and use geforce now. Boosteroid you want to prove you are not a scam? provide refunds or trials
