Good fast replacement items for the Alive system.
I recently had the chance to replace old sensors with new ones while in the US for a short vacation and Clay was immensely responsive and helpful to ensure I could get the package before I had to return home.Everything was delivered on time, packaged for a safe trip in my suitcase and it all works perfectly now I'm back in my home country and able to check. I'm very grateful to Clay for his timely assistance in getting everything squared away and helping my family to continue an important treatment.
I was referred to BrainTrainCoach.com for both equipment quality and the level of support in finding the hardware/software. Clay was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process. The time that he spent corresponding about the equipment was above what I would expect from most. So far the equipment and software has been a good fit and purchase.
