They got my memoir into print and that's all I really wanted. Simple as that. Didn't expect to get rich off it. For a personal project it served its purpose fine.

I appreciated that they walked me through everything step by step. As a total beginner I needed that hand holding. Pricey but I didn't feel completely lost throughout the process.
