We have been a Broda provider for a couple of years now and have no complaints. End users have liked the colors that are now available for the upholstery and for the frames of the 550SR and 550MR. Sheila L is a great resource for all my questions.

Broda Chair was purchased, by me, for my Mother, several years ago. It was delivered, "On Time", at the Price as quoted, and performed exactly as advertised. It was a vast improvement over the Chair which she had been assigned before. When my Mom passed away, her Broda Chair was then donated to the Nursing Home where she had been situated..

I've never bought anything from this company and even asked them to stop e-mailing me, yet they keep spamming me to remind me to review whatever it is I didn't buy from them. I'm not sure that "writing a review of your experience will help us improve our customer satisfaction" but it might just help their non-customer satisfaction.

I work in a skilled nursing facility and we use many broader chairs. I am concerned about the gap between the back and the armrests. Case in point, we had a resident whose hemiplegic arm fell behind him through that opening and subsequently suffered a fracture when the caregiver brought the back back up to neutral. it would be nice if there were more supportive way to protect a patient's limbs from falling through that opening.

I give Broda a two start for several reasons. They break easily, leaving them non usable. When you call there is NOONE to fix these VERY expensive chairs. I am a small facility and this is a large expense for us. I do not believe we have any usable chairs in my facility left from our original purchase and we are no longer allowed to purchase likely d/t this problem and the high cost..
Hi Karen, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you have had a negative experience. Sometimes the price and service from our local distributor is not ideal. We would like to work with you to discuss possible solutions with other distributors and service providers. Our products carry a 10 year warranty so they should be easily repairable, and we can work with you to identify funding options to help offset the price point.
Nothing was resolved. I did not receive a call. No attempts was made to assess Broda chair. Very unhappy occupational therapist. Not confident in products or services. Will not be prescribing device moving forward due to concerns with poor durability of equipment and poor customer service.

I am so thankful for and so very impressed with Broda’s customer service. Cheryl referred me to Brian Hoffman who then referred me to Kurt Foster @ Progressive Medical Concepts. Each and everyone of them were so kind and courteous as they patiently listened to my story and concerns for my disabled sister’s needs. They all answered, in much detail, all of my questions about selecting the best chair (and fulfilled my expectations) for my sister’s comfort, well being and personal potential. Kurt Foster continues to amaze me with all his knowledge, compassion, and expertise for communication and collaboration with nursing facility staff. Whether it’s a phone call or a text or an email, Kurt’s timing and follow-through is always comforting and unusually serendipitous. Only another caregiver can truly relate to how difficult it can be to find the words and actions needed to fulfill and advocate for a loved one’s best interest. So far, especially during these days and times of restrictions, fears, isolation, and fatigue, Kurt has been the understanding diplomatic voice and eyes that I desperately needed for my sister’s behalf and best interest. I am feeling a sense of relief that the Broda Encore Highback Mobilty chair may be the best choice as our family considers their decision during this week’s trial and demonstration experience. Broda chair was amazing in helping my mom be safe and comfortable while addressing her needs with Huntington's Disease. There are some minor changes that could be made that would've made it perfect, but as far as DME goes... My family has found nothing comparable to the Broda Chair experience.

The chair itself is wonderfully adaptable to fit my Mom, as she says: "like a hug". She loves being able to lean back in it. She, unfortunately, isn't able to amble with it now. But, it is still her favorite chair to sit in. And she loves to go for a push around the garden. The man who worked with me to order it (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) Was wonderfully helpful in getting the correct chair for her.

This chair has served it's purpose well. We did have mechanical problems in the first few months involving a cable so foot rest would not move appropriately. Customer service was quite good with the part being received in a timely manner, and installed on site.
