So i place my order over the phone and everything went well. I mean their customer service is fine. And when i received my product i was pleasantly surprised. The quality is very good. The only thing i would complain about is that they take weeks to deliver and have no express shipping. Besides that they're ok
I did my research before purchasing and these guys were the cheapest by far, and I could choose the color and orientation. I had doubts about the quality but their pictures showed nice furniture so I placed my order. After 6 weeks, I received my sectional. The delivery guys delivered it in my living room (as advertised). I can say this is top notch furniture. I recommend
