Brought a card from them, twice, both times it's caused a loss of money and their support has been on idle for almost a month after requesting and getting somewhere with support.They asked for details for refund, then never responded, or refunded the lost balance.
I bought a Steamcard for 50€.I paid with Monero and also received a link to purchase the card.Unfortunately, I couldn't get a Steam card via the link.I forwarded all the information to the service and received an answer that I should wait.After a week I asked what the status is, and have not received any feedback so far (after 2 weeks)I will never use Cakepay again!!!
They require KYC for prepaid credit card without saying so, and use bad and buggy providers. I lost my money because of this. They also don’t show the ToS of certain products, and I’m not sure if that’s really legal.
