Justin and the team made this process so easy! We filled out the forms (which were very simple and well explained) and in less than 2 weeks we had our car from Toronto in Louisiana! 10 out of 10 we would highly recommend!

First of all Thank you Blaine !! Blaine Hensler has saved us. He is so knowledgeable and believe me he told me exactly pin-pointedly about the steps at CBSA and PCB facility. And yes he was bang on with the procedure !!! The guy arranged pickup in 2 days and car was delivered in 4 days across the border!! Couldn’t believe it! Honestly, I was so biased as this was my first time shipping a car and hundreds of thoughts would cross my mind and it was a cross border mover from california to vancouver ! Then I found canadian car shipping through google and directly got connected to Blaine. I just paid the fee , filled three forms and that’s it! Another thing is customer service. I would say if you are not polite and don’t understand needs of your customer, then you fail as a business! But Blaine would answer everything from start to end with details… reply every email instantaneously and explain everything over phone! I would highly recommend CCS to everyone who wants a smooth hassle free delivery ! Just trust me you won’t repent! And if you get connected to Blaine , you hit the bulls eye already!
* My 1989 Nissan S-Cargo was delivered four days late, arriving at 10:44:26 PM on March 25, 2025--near midnight after weeks of delayed pickup and rescheduling, leaving me only a few hours' notice and no chance to inspect the vehicle in proper daylight.* At 10:46:48 PM, I discovered a significant tear in the factory-installed, electronically operated sunroof, which now allows water to leak into the cabin during rain. Pre-shipment photos taken by their carrier Diesel Auto Express at pickup confirm the sunroof was undamaged.* The vehicle was loaded backward on the lower rack of the transport trailer, positioned directly behind the truck driver's cabin, with another car on the upper deck so close to the sunroof that there was virtually no clearance. This setup clearly refutes Canadian Car Shipping's claim that damage was caused by "freeway speed winds."* Canadian Car Shipping falsely argued that the sunroof "gave way to the winds at a joint," inaccurately classifying it as a removable accessory--comparable to a "bra" or decorative top--even though it is an integral, permanent part of the vehicle.* They further denied my claim by enforcing an unreasonable 24-hour damage-reporting rule--a policy tied to their decision to select lower-tier insurance, which was never transparently disclosed nor offered as an option for higher protection.* Additionally, their online claim portal was non-functional when I attempted to submit my claim; I have a screen recording to demonstrate that the website prevented proper submission.* These tactics--including misleading explanations, deliberate mischaracterizations, and unreasonable policy enforcement--indicate a clear attempt by Canadian Car Shipping/Easy Auto Ship to evade responsibility for damages incurred during transit.* Photo and video evidence is available for review corresponding to each stage of the shipment.
This our second time using Canadian Car Shipping. We had an excellent experience again. When we had to move our vehicle from Nova Scotia to Texas, there was only one option for us. They provided all the details we needed to move our car and kept up to date throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services.
Update: My experience was all but flawless, until I drove the car for some distance after delivery. At that time I noticed the exhaust had been raised somehow so it now sits higher which means it interacts with the rear bumper. After driving the car for 30 miles the exhaust heated up the bumper and melted it. I spoke with Canadian Car shipping and their claims department, who said there was nothing they could do about it because I had no before photos showing that this damage wasn't there when I dropped it off. I can't prove it, so it's on me, but there wasn't any damage of this nature before we dropped it off. What we found on delivery, was a nice clean and fresh scratch on the bottom of the exhaust indicating that the car had been driven quickly up or down a steep ramp, much like a car carrier has and hit the ground such that it moved the exhaust into the current position where it's now melting my bumper. I'm not saying this was the fault of the driver, carrier or Canadian Car Shipping, but this was not there when we dropped it off and I'm not getting any help whatsoever ever to fix it. It's costing me over USD$700 to fix it independently. increasing the cost of the car shipping from $1650 to over $2300My experience was good, and as I said, this is on me for not taking comprehensive photos when we dropped it off. In hindsight I would have appreciated some reminders of good practice when shipping your car from Canadian Car Shipping and maybe some increased leniency from their claims department. Overall this has reduced my opinion of the company. The evidence shows the car was driven either too quick up or down a ramp or the ramp was too steep. Either way I am quite frustrated with them now.++++++++++++++++++Originally I called Canadian Car Shipping to ship my sedan from Calagry to Houston. Renne was helpful and communicative the whole way through, which turned out to be nightmare because I didn't have the right EPA emissions stickers on the car. I decided I would drive the ca myself from Calgary to Great Falls and then ship it from there. Renne and Blaine were very helpful and quick with getting everything set up and arranged with a storage location in GF. The stoppage location team came to meet me on a Saturday evening , even though I was running late. The car arrived when they said it would and was in the same condition when we received it as when we left it. I had checked the mileage when we dropped it off and checked it on arrival. There were no unexpected miles added to the car.Overall I was very happy with Canadian Car Shipping and Renne's excellent organizational skills and consistent communication and ability to answer any question, almost at any hour. I would recommend Canadian Car Shipping and would use them again.
After a few previous substandard experiences with TFX (Etobicoke), my search lead me to Canadian Car Shipping for 3 shipping requirements during 2022. The online document templates are very easy and convenient to complete, shipping prices are competitive, pickup to drop off completed within 14 days, close to "24/7" support is "2nd to None", and their shipping team took the utmost care with transporting my classic vehicles! Blaine and Renne are truly a professional team with an unparalleled passion to ensure every client is 100% satisfied with every aspect of their service. I would strongly recommend Canadian Car Shipping for the most "stress FREE" vehicle import service you will ever experience. All 3 imports this year were a pleasure with the support of Blaine, Renne and Tamara. I was provided with a complete document package that took me less than 20 minutes at the Canadian Ministry of Transportation office to transfer ownership from USA to Ontario.
I had a situation where my car was already in Canada, and I needed to figure out what to do in order to officially import my United States vehicle into Canada. I'd just started a new job in Canada, and my plans had changed to where I'd reside here. I wasn't sure how to navigate the importing process as I'd never done it before. Blaine was professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and sorted out what forms to file, and what to put on them for me. I'm not sure if I could have done it with Canadian Car Shipping
