Not friendly
I didn't find the website or sizing customer friendly. The Oakville Soccer Club made me order from you for this overly expensive kit. The quality is definetly not a Puma or Adidas quality.

Awesome quality! Would recommend!
The slides were too small for me but fit my son and he loves them, I’d say order on the larger side of what you think you need. The shorts were perfect and I’ll probably buy a few more pairs at some point. It’s what I’ve been looking for and such amazing quality with pockets and good length too!

The sizing is the new men’s small shorts fit much shorter than the previous youth size and are not consistent with growth patterns. I reached out for a replacement and Capelli agree to send new shorts in men’s medium.

My Online Buying Experience
My Online Buying ExperienceMy online buying experience was generally ok. Capelli products are of good quality and the items arrived within the timeline communicated to me.However, my two issues were as follows:1. The workflow with regards to being able to select one item at a time is a bit cumbersome. I tried to purchase a replacement item for an item I had returned and it wasn't as intuitive. I ended up having to email Capelli support.2. I may be wrong but inventory seems to be low for some items. I've wanted to purchase one of the hats but I keep getting a message informing me that it isn't available.

Overall experience was excellent. However, area for improvement - players today prefer sock sleeves and I would recommend including and making sock sleeves that match team colours available as part of the optional items on your order website.

Terrible Communication and Shipping! Do Not Recommend
Communication and shipping are terrible. I ordered baseball uniforms on 12/14 (Sun) and it stated that the order would arrive in 5 weeks on 1/23 (Fri). Now it’s 2/7 (Sat) with no shipping or communication. I even wrote the company last week (1/26) asking about my order. They said it should arrive next week (which is this week), We still haven’t received a tracking number and might have to go to our first game without uniforms.
