They were great. Usually, quick and affordable are not synonyms, but they make it happen. I love my new windows, and the team that installed them was great!

Best contractor experience yet
We have always had terrible luck with contractors, our experience with capitol remodeling was refreshing. They came out and gave us a full sales pitch, and the salesman was great. They sent out a guy to measure, and a few days later we got our windows installed. They came and did the install in one day and do a very professional job. They cleaned up great, and though I had a special request, they handled it flawlessly. We will be getting the rest of our windows replaced through them as well.

Vey pleased
The salesperson was very friendly and professional. He didn't give a long drawn out presentation, he got right to the point. He also didn't play the "pricing game". He gave the final price. The installers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. They showed us how the windows work. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Capital Remodeling put 16 windows in my house and they delivered the product a few days early. The crew that came were very professional, respectable and treated us with grace. They did an excellent job at cleaning up after themselves. Our windows look great.

Best experience with a contractor and best windows
The windows installed by Capital are by far the best windows we have ever had installed. They made a huge difference in the heat/AC loss that the original 90 year old windows were causing. Where the old windows kept nothing out, I could feel the cold winter air standing 10 feet away. These new windows are warm to the touch even when it is below freezing outside, incredible!I was also amazed at how fast the entire process took to remove the 6 old windows and install the new ones, all completed before noon, done very professionally, clean and with precision.

The delivery was on time
The delivery was on time. That is important to us because another company wasn’t on time and we were denied good home insurance for that. The installation was quick and the installers were professional. They explained how the windows worked left no mess. They even tidied up a damaged window seal for us.

We are repeat customers for a reason!
We had 16 windows replaced in October of 2024. From start to finish, communication was excellent. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and whenever we had questions, we received answers quickly. The project team did a great job keeping us informed about scheduling and giving us advance notice if anything needed to change.The installation crew was fast, professional, and respectful of our home. The quality of both the materials and the craftsmanship really stood out. We were so happy with the window replacement that we had Capital Remodeling come back a few months later to redo our kitchen as well. When we’re financially ready to tackle our master bathroom, we will most likely have Capital Remodeling do that work too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
