The reaction time (confirmation, packaging, shipping) was faster than I have ever seen from US to EU.Product packaging very diligently. No 2nd grade shipper chosen. Product as described and in good condition.Two minor things; 1. I have two choices for shipping; expensive and wildly expensive. I wasn’t in a hurry so maybe a cheaper would have been possible.2. The import duty surcharges were very high (50%!), not something Capitalarea drives, however an option to ship these components with a different description could help.All in all, very good experience with CapitolArea

Then still saying they would remove the charges but didnt.You all ROCK!! U had the product, was delivered and on time.
