Carlos Marquez is laways very rude
I spoke with Carlos Marquez on a couple of occasions, and unfortunately, my experience was consistently disappointing. I found his communication style to be dismissive, sarcastic, and rude which made the interactions uncomfortable.As a customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. After multiple calls that left me feeling talked down to, I’ve decided not to move forward. Customer service is just as important as the product, and in this case, it did not meet expectations. Great job Carlos....not!!!
