Free Drone Course
Christine's free drone basics course is ideal for anyone who hasn't flown before and wants to ease their fear of flying for the first time. First time flyer and I feel much more confident with this helpful getting started series! Can't wait to get flying!

Great Value
Christine's courses walk you through exactly what to do as a new drone owner from the time you open the box for your drone. The way she explains the settings and the progression of learning to fly means you are confident about flying from the start. Her 102 course is a wealth of advanced information for anyone looking to up their content creation game using their drone. I've already had resorts request to purchase my drone footage because of what I learned from Christine!

Christine Lozada is such an inspirational badass
Christine Lozada is such an inspiration! Her beginner drone course is FREE. That really helped me take the leap into learning about flying drones. Sometimes you may not want to financially commit to something when you're just starting to learn about it. This course has made learning fun and easy for me and I appreciate it so very much. I had no idea I would even be interested in flying drones until I heard Christine's perspective on viewing the world in this way. If you have any fears like crashing your drone, flying it somewhere illegal, etc. this course will put your mind at ease and inspire you to get started!!

I’ve been wanted to learn how to fly a drone for a while now and had no idea where or how to start. I found Christine and I’ve started watching her free videos and I feel like it’s so doable now. I love her enthusiasm and her sense of humor. I can’t wait to do her course.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Christine at Camp Indie where she taught two drone workshops, and learned about her online courses. Her enthusiasm for drones and teaching shines both in person and online, and her attitude helps alleviate a lot of, if not all, fear for newbies. Her 'Which Drone to Get' course is informative, easy to digest, fun and approachable. I had ideas of the drone I wanted, but her course helped me realize the mini models wouldn't work for the conditions I'd mostly fly in or the things I'd want my drone to do, and the right drone for me is the larger Air 2S. That's already saving me time, frustration and money. I can't wait to get my drone and learn from her other classes. You should definitely read her blog, watch her YT vids, and take her classes too!Ohhh and during her live workshop, she let me fly her drone!! That was my first time flying and nothing bad at all happened lol it really is 'just a push of the button'

I am so happy I found this course. I am just getting started and I love her approachable fun way to present flying drones in the course. I am looking forward to doing more courses from her. It is especially great to be taught by a woman!

Renewed Enthusiasm for Learning to Fly My Drone
I've had my drone for almost a year and have gone through various stages of enthusiasm and fear with this fun hobby. I've watched tutorials on YouTube and have signed up for a few courses, but Christine's course is the one I've had the most fun watching and learning from. Learning styles are highly personal and Christine's style is conversational AND academic which works for me. She breaks things down in a practical way that alleviates your fears and removes the complexity I've seen in other tutorials. Some may prefer the "stuffier" tutorials, and that is perfectly fine, but I would recommend this course as a supplement for new drone users.

Brilliant beginner course!
I have had access to Christine's course for a few months now, and only just now had a chance to complete it. I am still a beginner, but I had had my mini 3pro for a while now, so some of the basic setup sections I already had experience with. However, there was still so much I learned, for example using the maps to help with returning the drone, and being able to manually fly it on the RTH. I wish I had completed this course when I first had my drone, as it would have given me a lot more confidence in my first flights. I'm a nervous flier, but I'm feeling a lot more confident already.

Christine's YouTube videos gave me the inspiration to even get started with drones, and the teaching videos she has there were clear and concise. When I finally decided to buy a Mini 3 Pro, I checked out a few courses before purchasing but kept coming back to hers. She has a fun, approachable style on YT and I knew that's what I wanted in a course. The 101 course was just right for me being brand new to drones. The videos are digestible and well organized. My favorite part was the flying section where she gives exercises that build on each other (and help build muscle memory) for your first flight. This was SO helpful and made me feel pretty confident flying even as a complete newbie. I do have the RC controller with the Mini 3 Pro, so there were a few places where I didn't need the info (how to attach the phone to the controller) but it was pretty easy to skip or figure out how it applied differently. I also have an Android, so I couldn't do the flight simulator piece. My only small piece of feedback is to please treat Android and iPhone users equally by mentioning options/instructions for both wherever you're talking about smartphones. (For example, the editing is walked through on an iPhone and from experience I know it's very similar to Android, so just a mention that you've walked through the same process on an Android and it's very similar would be very appreciated. If there are any big differences, showing the process in a video would be helpful.) To be fair, this is a common frustration I have with courses/teaching from creators who use iPhones, but it's always a bit alienating. This was just a couple of small places in the course though, and the vast majority was excellent and highly applicable no matter what phone or controller you're using. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this course and would highly recommend it to anyone brand new to drones. I'm looking forward checking out the advanced course as well!

Nervous beginner
I loved Christine's course. I think that this course was very comprehensive, gave all of the info that any beginner would need and did so in a fun manner. I had my first flight today and I loved it. I had the controller that came with the DJI Mini 3 and had the phone setup next to me listening to Christine's instructions for the first flight. It gave me such a boost of confidence that I am not a nervous beginner any more.

Awesome Intro Course to Droning...Truly Grateful to CL
After watching Christine's many informative and entertaining YouTube videos about droning, I decided to take her Intro course and felt much more at ease with exploring my new DJI Mini2 and taking the TRUST exam through The Pilot Institute/Christine has a way of empowering the viewer and diffusing a bit of the anxiety that comes with being a newbie! I look forward to learning more from her Advanced course and prepping for the FAA 107 License.
