I been in the champagne brunch several…

I been in the champagne brunch several times, but the last time was very disappointed because in the past you use to have a bigger variety of food a real Brunch. This time was very poor. Also last time we really enjoyed the live music on the deck. We really miss the better amenities that you used to pampered us. For the price you guys charge per person all my group was agree that now reserve at the Horn Blower is overrated.😞

Horrible Valentine’s Day dinner

We booked the Valentine’s Day dinner cruise in Chicago feb 14 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish.We drove six hours from Ohio for this event and paid a lot of money expecting a special evening. Instead, we were seated at a very small table with little to no space and absolutely no view, which was frustrating for a Valentine’s dinner cruise.Service was extremely poor. Our server did not take our drink order until well after departure, and we only saw her about four times the entire night. We constantly had to flag down staff just to get drinks or napkins.Both my husband and I ordered steak and were never asked how we wanted it cooked. When it arrived, both steaks were nearly rare. It took a long time to even find our server to send the food back. By the time she returned it was already around 9:00 PM. We stepped away briefly to watch the fireworks, and when we came back about 15 minutes later, the plates were sitting there. It appeared the same steaks were simply put back, as they were still undercooked.When she asked how the food was, I told her it was horrible and asked her to take it away. She said she would bring a box and never returned. Around 10:00 PM, as guests were leaving, we were still waiting just to pay for our alcoholic drinks because our server was nowhere to be found. I had to locate a manager myself.The manager apologized and said they were understaffed. He told us the drinks would be comped and that I would receive a voucher, but I have not received anything.Our server was pleasant when she was around, but the overall service and food quality were unacceptable. We paid a significant amount of money and didn’t even get to enjoy dinner. This was supposed to be a special Valentine’s experience, and it ended up being incredibly disappointing.

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. My boyfriend and I went on the Valentine’s Day Experience, and it was an absolute disaster. Upon arrival, it seemed well put together: we left a little late, but no problem, and the views were amazing. Our server took our order around 7:30 after we walked around the boat. We did not get our first course until 8:30. We both ordered a charcuterie plate, which (I am not joking) consisted of three half slices of salami, Costco cheddar cheese, and a single piece of bread. We were both shocked, but tried to continue to have a nice evening. We still were not served dinner as we were backing up into the port at the end of the boat ride at 9:30. Finally, our food arrived, and it looked like an 80’s microwaved TV dinner steak with freeze dried potatoes. We never received our final course of dessert. If you market something as a Premier Dining Experience, maybe it shouldn’t take 2.5 hours to get your food and when the food arrives, it should at least be edible. The Taco Bell I ate after tasted better than anything I was served. Do NOT recommend.

Everything was just what I hoped for my…

Everything was just what I hoped for my 1st time. Although, I can't even remember if there was any entertainment other than the DJ. Seriously, even a magician would have been an big plus for over $700! Additionally, it would have been welcoming for guests to have a place to congregate before ship off.

On January 10 was my day to board on…

On January 10 was my day to board on the boat along with 4 other ladies. I like the dancing and the drinks but the food I ordered was terrible. I would never spend my money what I paid on my food wasn't worth it. I thought for what I paid I would get more food than what I received and the food would be seasoned good and the cheese cake taste like pound cake. I didn't have a good experience.

Confusing information

Both the website and the app are confusing and difficult to use. There's not even a map or list of docks and schedules. I went from Westminster to Tower London and found a timetable that said the return trip was at 6:35 PM. To my surprise, when I arrived, it was closed. Someone unrelated to the company told me that it was a summer schedule (which wasn't indicated anywhere). I certainly won't use it again.

The gentleman that took my reservation handled everything and responded quickly. We also had a late addition to the reservation which he handled nicely.

We loved our cruise

We loved our cruise! The food was wonderful. The only issue was thr music that was blasting for much of the cruise. A lunch time cruise means chatter. I could barely hear anything and I had brought my mother, great aunt and mother in law. None of them could hear anything, including the tour director.
