This company has telephoned my elderly…
This company has telephoned my elderly vulnerable mother twice regarding her appliance cover after her cancelling it. They have persuaded her that she needs this cover for another year and asked her for her bank details over the phone. She tried to cancel the payment with the bank but it was too late. She did not send the authorization letter back confirming she agreed to the payment but it was still taken. The telephone number just goes through to a Tesco Mobile answerphone and doesn't even state the name of the company. Very unprofessional. There is no way of talking to anyone. No reputable company should be persuading elderly people to give their card numbers over the phone. Terrible company for any form of customer service.

My Warranty Company is Better than…
My Warranty Company is Better than Yours! Complete Appliance Protection did it again. My house was hit by lightning destroying just about everything, including two furnaces and two air conditioning compressors. Without any hassle CAP sent Payout Authorizations for all four units. Seeing that I was claiming these on my insurance, and the fact that CAP has always protected us, I gladly returned those authorizations. Thanks CAP for always being there for us!

Complete protection plan is a good…
Complete protection plan is a good company and I have been using their services for many years. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because of bad customer service. I needed help in deciding to choose ultimate plan verses some other home warranty plans. The representative was frustrated and raised her voice and showed her frustration. I was not comfortable seeking any more help. I feel customer service is a very important job to help and convince customers to buy their products or services. It doesn’t matter how good the company is if they provide cheap customer service.

A company we can trust
We are incredibly happy with Complete Protection! They helped us save $300 toward the replacement of our water heater, and the entire process was simple and stress-free. The reimbursement process was straightforward, and their team was always available to answer our questions with professionalism and care. Their exceptional service truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a reliable company with great customer service, Complete Protection is the way to go!

Unprofessional scammers
I was provided an authorization code in advance and then they denied my claim. What is the point of having a warranty if they just find a way out of it? Their technician "Ashley" stated my authorization code was not an authorization code, despite me reading the email to her. She refused to give me supervisor information and then hung up on me. I attempted to call back twice and no technicians have picked up since. They are clearly a scam company and their employees are unprofessional. My experience does not matter to them, but hopefully my review will prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did by giving them my business. I contacted my realtor, a family friend, so that she and her clients will no longer use Complete Protection. I told every person in the market for a home and/or warranty about my experience too because in this economy, with inflation so high, it's inhumane to take someone's hard earned money, give them false reassurance that they are protected, and then deny a valid claim.

Bad company to deal with. Hoops and $1000 aggregate limits
Unfortunately, they are not a good company to work with. More hoops to jump through than a circus. I got their premium package for $900, however only covers an aggregate maximum of $1000 on most things. If they decide you need a new appliance only covers a few hundred dollars. I should have read the fine print before signing up. I had an approved claim for $320 for someone to look at a leak I had, they provided an estimate to repair it which was going to cost $2200, and they said they would only cover $680 as I would hit the $1000 maximum reimbursement. They wanted me to do a bunch of work to get the estimate in their format with their information. Too many hoops, not worth the premium. I canceled, and they are prorating and deducting the $320. Not a good way to run a business.

No complaint home warranty
I have been with CAP for about 5+ years and have not had any issues. I have submitted 2 claims and both paid according to contract. From a microwave to air conditioner. I have found that their vendors have a good reputation. I do wish they would do yearly AC maintenance and possibly send out a reminder (just a little wish list smile)

Satisfied with Complete Appliance Protection
Have had CP for the last two years. Recently my washing machine broke. I called and received an immediate approval. I love that I can choose my own repair company. They came out and diagnosed the issue and CP approved the repair. Love the zero deductible and the fact that they paid our bill quickly.

False and Misleading
I called Jacky to make sure they would cover my refrigerator and microwave repairs, however they declined both. The microwave was an older GE model that was a built in when I bought the house 6 years ago. The technician said it needed a new magnetron and diode that would cost $300 with parts and labor. The tech spoke with Jacky and advised her that a new microwave of the same type but newer model would cost $1200. Jacky said because it was old she would not replace it but give me $125 for a new one (Hahaha like that will cover the price). Then the tech said my refrigerator needed a new condenser, compressor, evaporator, heat exchange, dryer filter, and Freon. He advised that the cost to repair would be $2,800. He told Jacky that it would be worth repairing because a new one is upwards of $10,000 for a subzero. I was standing next to the repair tech when he was discussing this with Jacky. I then got on the phone with Jacky to discuss if they would fix it. She said they would not fix it because it was too old and the tech told her they no longer had parts to repair it (LIE). I advised her that wasn’t true that the tech was on the phone with subzero checking on all the parts which they said they had in stock. She then said it’s too old, so they won’t repair it. She said they would issue $500 toward a new refrigerator upon purchase and submittal of the receipt. Don’t wast your time with this company as they make they’re own decisions when to make a repair. I realize the company that came out to assess the appliances wasn’t great but I asked Jacky if they had any referrals in my area that they recommended, however she said they did not.
