Horrible
Horrible, order 3 records from them. Totally different record from the ones I ordered showed up. No telephone number to contact them. Sent emails and of course no reply. Stay away from them

terrible customer service
terrible customer service. ordered an lp and it came very latre and once I opened it I saw hundreds of mini scratches so I wrote to return it. it has been a nightmare trying to get them to send me info to return it, they ask I clean it, then a video to show the issues, this is BS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they are not customer friendly.i have given up getting satisfaction from them and will never do business with them again.

They sent the wrong album?!
I ordered the Bush 30th Anniversary of 16 Stone for $44. I open up the package and it some album from a guy named Allen Stone that retails for $15. Never using them again. No clue if they will ever make this right.

Won't Make Right Their Production Mistake
I received a Sound of Music deluxe with wrong disc as a gift and am having trouble getting a replacement disc sent. Will update this if they can help make this right!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Placed an order and was charged accordingly. So far so good. A month later I checked the APC courier tracking link, and they hadn’t even received the item. Emailed Craft Recordings three times with zero response. Tried APC twice and they also ignored me. After demanding a refund they finally got around to issuing one, but with no message at all, no apology or reasoning behind it. So let’s assume they were out of stock and don’t know how to update their website efficiently. Pretty basic stuff. I can only conclude that if I had not messaged them multiple times, they would have happily kept my money.

A Ripoff of a Company, NO Customer Service, Fraudulent
Yet another review. I already reviewed them once and gave them 2 stars, now I'm giving them one. I'm STILL waiting for the replacement disc for the deluxe edition of The Sound of Music. Yet another 2 months and I haven't gotten any response. The issue with the duplicate disc happened back in Dec. The company I bought the CD from, sent me an email letting me know I needed to contact crap - I mean craft -recordings. They responded to that pretty quickly letting me know they'd send the disc out as soon as it was available. The follow up emails I sent have been completely ignored.To make matters worse, this was a gift.

They sold me an item with 5 units left. They charged me. It’s been 2 months and 3 emails. The website says the album is sold out. No one will return an email. I’m frustrated. I feel like flying down to their office and issuing some karma! You don’t scam crazy people and someone will pay mother-effers ! Karma police are coming be careful scammers!

Easy CD purchase and download
Bought Bill Evans downloadable CD. Very easy to buy, including buying in GBP at fa. Downloaded exactly as should do. Great. Writing this to give some balance to the feedback.

They're a FRAUD
They're a FRAUD. I preordered two records from them, one of the two records was never released, I wanted to cancel the order, and they never refunded the money. I don't recommend their platform at all. Record collectors beware: scammers.

Poor customer support
I ordered a vinyl record on October 30, 2023, and it did not arrive until January 6, 2024. They were relatively communicative during the delays, and this is not the reason for the 1-star review. When I finally received the record, it only included the vinyl itself + a protective sleeve and did not include the outer sleeve. This was not stated on the item's page.Their customer support team shut-down my ask to receive or even pay for an outer sleeve and offered zero suggestions for support or resolution.

If I could give this company minus…
If I could give this company minus stars, I would. I WOULD URGE YOU TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are dishonest, non-communicative, and their customer service is THE WORST. I purchased a sweater as a Christmas gift in November. The gift never showed and when I would write to inquire about a shipping/delivery date, they told me that they couldn't give me a date. After Christmas came and went, and the gift (sweater) a no-show, I contacted them again and received no response. I then contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. THE DAY I FILED THE DISPUTE, the sweater magically was sent out. (Interesting coincidence). 10 days later, I received the package. I had ordered an Extra Large, and all of the paperwork clearly stated that to be the size. The sent me a Small, which I couldn't use. I have written them twice for a replacement with absolutely no response. They make all types of claims about their great customer service and care for their customers. Their actions prove otherwise. Obviously, I will never do business with this company and again, I would urge you to not as well.

How is it that Amazon is shipping their…
How is it that Amazon is shipping their records in a few days door to door. Cheaper and free shipping to addYet Craft Recording co can’t give you a straight answer on when they will ship the same lp snd charge you shipping.If you pre order directly from Craft you should have it before Amazon and other web sites

Be aware of their international shipping service
Got a few records through their international website. Supposedly it provides UK/European customers with better shipping rates. Shipping from the UK to Ireland was ridiculously expensive. Also I was charged with more than 50 € in custom fees on delivery. What is the point of advertising a site for European customers when they are going to get ripped off with custom fees on delivery anyway. Customer service reply was that "the order was dispatched from the UK which is now outside the EU". Very misleading and unprofessional. Don't buy there.

Absolutely Amazing Company
Absolutely Amazing Company! I cannot speak highly enough of Craft recordings- I placed an order from their UK branch My Vinyl LP was packed amazingly well and arrived in Perfect Condition! The LP was 100% sealed in Bubble wrap, then had plastic Corner protectors applied, then was placed in a very Strong corner protect mailer - then sealed in another bubble wrap layer - Then Completely sealed in a Plastic mailing bag - 100% Bomb Proof and Waterproof - Amazing - thank you so much!
