Almost unusable, 80% the UGC and ad clone templates are set to PRO and when there is a good one to close it uses a lot of credits. Even the avatars one, you are being pushed to pay more. Quality is not that great neiter.
What makes Creatify.ai so good is that you can use your own voice and create many different images of you talking in different situations. It seems to be much better than any of the other AI outfits in existence today. I'm incredibly pleased with the results I've been getting.
My review is specifically about how Creatify handled a billing situation. I hadn’t been actively using the service for a few months (usage was negligible), and I believed my subscription renewed in May. When I saw a charge in January, I was surprised. After looking into it more closely, I realized there were actually two subscriptions and I had misunderstood how they were set up. I requested a refund for a term I knew I wouldn’t be using. My first request was denied based on their policy, which I understand. However, after asking for the situation to be reviewed again and explaining the circumstances, the team ultimately approved the refund. Although it was technically outside their stated policy, I believe granting the refund was the right business decision given the negligible usage and the misunderstanding around the subscriptions. I’m appreciative that they took the time to reconsider and make an exception.
Their service is a scam, but what's worse is their support team, which simply swears at you! They write to you from other email addresses and threaten you.
I have had a $99 subscription plan for like 2 or 3 months, let's say 3 months and then in month 4 i didn't use it, which they tried to charge me, but couldn't get their money out Most of the softwares i use will automatically cancel my subscription after several attempts trying to charge, which i feel it was even the ethical thing to do, but Creatify didnt cancel Now I wanted to use the tool in month 5, and i got charged successfully this time and was told i was back on the pro plan And then after about 12 to 15 days, they said i will now need to pay for month 5, that my previous payment was for the Month 4 and during this Month 4 when that they said i am paid for, i couldnt any render my videos which means i wasnt getting value at all I think it is pure manipulation and deceit. The product itself is great, but it is unfortunate that the billing system isnt
Misleading company that shows prices is different currencies, but is just to mislead you. All the prices are in dollares. It shows that you would pay R$99, but you're charged for $99, and the difference is 5x more.
Seemed great at first, then after trying to create several HD product videos, it would just load and load for hours... then, eventually would time out and say "error" leaving me out 20+ credits each time and having to start over from scratch. This has been an ongoing issue, and support now doesn't even reply to my refund requests. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Shame on you Creatify!
I was a founding member on the unlimited credit plans. They downgraded me to 2000 credits p/m while paying 200 USD extra (without informing me about this change). That's what you get for being a loyal customer. Leaving this company as of today.
I’m really happy with the experience I’ve had with Creatify. I made a purchase and later realized it wasn’t what I wanted, so I decided to cancel my membership. When I reached out, AJ responded incredibly fast. I had accidentally subscribed to the annual plan, and he refunded more than half while keeping just the one-month subscription. Later, when I had an issue with auto-pay, Anna helped me right away. She processed my refund and canceled the subscription without any hassle. Their policies are fair, and their customer service is truly the best. Highly recommended — if you want to try it, go for it. You won’t regret it. They’re very helpful and always there when you need support.

Awful app and even worse customer service. They have just fraudulently charged me $588 for a service I haven't used in months since cancelling as it was so bad. Not fit for purpose, definitely not worth $588 and not to be trusted. Avoid at all costs.
This is the first time I was forced to write a review. Avoid this company at all costs if you want to have your money in your pocket. Their billing is a scam. I subscribed on August 11th and tested their service. It was kinda of fine; I did a few things and canceled the subscription. In October I suddenly received a charge, so I went back to check, as I remembered that I canceled the subscription with the multiple questions of "Are you sure?” and what I saw was strange. I had a “voided” invoice for September but somehow was charged for October. I canceled the subscription AGAIN and contacted support, mostly sure that there is no way they would deny a clear cut refund case. I was wrong. They told me that they have a 3-month non-refund policy and their “free” service somehow justifies that, even though the “free” does not have anything to do with the paid subscription. They even provided me with the internal logs themselves that I only used the service a SINGLE day on August 11th… This was not a good reason for them to return the money. Being the Head of Support myself for more than 8 years, this was just beyond me. I told them that I would issue a chargeback request with my bank, and it would most likely be a clear-cut case, not good for their billing and business from the side of the payment processor. And that's what I did. Providing my bank with the transcripts of our support conversation and the internal logs they have provided themselves. Even though the first stage of the service denied the chargeback request the moment it reached the payment processor, it was a clear-cut win for my bank. I have received my money back. Yet I had to sweat for it. For the person in charge of their billing page, they fully deserve a slap on the wrist, at the very least. And for the people who are also getting scammed, make sure that you file chargebacks with your banks, especially if you have no activity on your accounts. The policies from this company are written in a shady and dishonest way. Can't say anything good about my experience with this company. Everything was wrong, and the support handling was disappointing. I can also see that on Trustpilot the company is flagged for fake reviews. I suppose that is because they are flooding the Trustpilot with tons of fake positive reviews. Well, it seems to be very in the spirit of their overall business model… Pity…
I never used their system, they charged me twice for two months. I asked for refund, they offered me 25% which is a joke. I raised chargeback and they are defending it. What kind of service it is?
