The big middle finger attitude not giving a hoot
I was interested in a click laminate floor for the kitchen, but wanted to know a bit more about it first. When calling the 010 number I was told that there was not enough stock in Bloemfontein, but there was in Kimberly and that it would be delivered by The Courier Guy latest last Friday (which I found out later appeared to be a holiday). When they send me the final order to agree upon the system did nothing and I was sent an invoice by one Andrea M. As I paid from Nedbank to Nedbank it should have been in their account instantly. Very much to my surprise I received a payment reminder the following day. They had proof of payment - sent separately to Andrea to make sure there would not be any delays. They then told me that the stock from Bloemfontein had to be sent to Kimberly as there was not enough stock despite verifying in advance. But they promised it would arrive on Tuesday. On Wednesday I called the same 010 number again and I was told that the stock had not arrived yet but that Andrea never did. I also sent her emails, to which she never reacted. On Thursday I called them again, just to find out from a lady who was onboarding that the stock had only just arrived and that they will not deliver on the Friday as previously promised. Furthermore, they told me that it would be delivered today (Monday) which I did not agree with. Then all of a sudden Andrea took over the phone call. I gave her a piece of my mind and not being honest and that I did not want to talk her anymore. Friendly till the sale, thereafter the big middle finger. I received an email from a Julia I indicating that the floor would now be delivered on Saturday. Saturday came and went and no floor. This morning I was called by Ewald de B, apparently a manager in Bloemfontein telling me that I will receive the floor on Tuesday. When I explained the situation, he would come back to me... Needless to say he did not. Second time the big middle finger attitude!!!!Do I really have to pay R6000!!!!! for a non delivery service, just to find out it will be delivered with a personal car - that is a rip off of note!!!!Never ever will I buy anything from this company again. Business is obviously doing too well. I don't hold my breath. I am sure there will be another lousy excuse.

Exceptional service level at Prospecton CTM Tiles
This took place at CTM Tiles in Prospecton, Durban, South Africa. On Friday, I experienced a super service level. I went in looking for industrial tiles and ended up with an explanation and guidance. The lady on the floor explained the variety of useful brands and products.She then discussed product costs versus quality. I was satisfied and knew exactly what to buy on my way back.

Delivery woes
When I placed an online order on the website I selected the nearest store to my location. It was not made clear to me that if that store did not have stock of the items then CTM would have them delivered to my location from another store. Furthermore they added extra items to my cart which I had to remove and did not make it clear how I could avoid adding these items or that they would be added on selection of other items. Following on from this my order was split into two parts, one part of which came from a store quite far away. This part was successfully delivered and I can recommend CTM Tokai, Cape Town as they were professional, courteous and communicated with me regarding the process. However the sales rep was not helpful when I had to follow up on the other part of my order which was not delivered and I had not received any information on delivery. CTM, Richmond Park, Cape Town also failed to contact me regarding delivery or let me know when or if my item would be delivered.When I did talk to CTM, Richmond Park though they were able to get my shower screen onto a truck and delivered within a few hours. I appreciate them for turning that around so rapidly.Overall not very happy with the CTM experience.

There after sales service at Paarden…
There after sales service at Paarden Island in Cape Town at management level sucks. The promises they make does not get followed up. Its best to follow up yourself if you want a response. Took me 3 visits to the store.

Be warned their delivery services to Harare are terrible
I purchased some bathroom items from CTM South Africa online on 19 October 2020, today 15 December 2020 I have not yet received all my items. On placement of the order they informed me delivery to my final destination in Harare, Zimbabwe would be within 7 to 10 working days but the first batch of items was delivered on the 19th working day. I had to go and collect the second batch of the goods from their transporter who told me they would only be able to deliver the remainder several days later. I'm still waiting for the final items to be delivered and they are not even giving a delivery date.
