Have a tritoon with a Yamaha 250 SHO. Trim motor went out. Checked with my marina and they wanted over $900 for the OEM Yamaha part. The price from DB was just over $100. Works great. Don't know about durability as this just happened but I suspect it will be fine.
1 star for offering worldwide shipping but being unable to deliver to a house in Canada.
Fast shipping and outstanding customer service. I ended up not needing the starter due to a separate fix, and they processed my return and refund promptly and without hassle.
Ordered a fuel pump for a Kawasaki mule as I’ve done many times before but this time I got a pump that did not work and looked like it been used already/ rubber caps missing! But then found their listed phone number does not work and trying to get a return label impossible, my return application keeps getting disgarded.Will never buy from them again!!!!
Excellent service, great price and fast delivery by two amazing guys who took pride in their work and company. I'd been wary about ordering another fridge freezer online but DB have restored my faith and I'd have no hesitation with ordering electrical appliance from them.Definitely recommended
Parts are not exact fit I would verify before purchasing also terrible customer service I have not yet seen a exact fit part from these guys ordered quite a few time never no luck with them either it doesn’t fit or parts break shortly after would not recommend them
Run AWAY as fast as you can. Like working with a brick wall. You email to verify fitment, they stated NOPE not the right one. They proceed to ship the incorrect item. We tried to save you $100 on postage. Now its 2 weeks of playing games with their sloppy customer service for a return. DO NOT ORDER HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Out $350 as of now, they don't answer any of their phone lines. My company lost 5-6 paid man hours dealing with this circus.
Ordered a trim lift motor for my Yamaha they sent wrong one asked for return got that and ordered again again the wrong part could not get I touch for return ticket so my friend took part it fit his motor so I figured I’ll give it one more try went threw the whole thing made sure they understood what I wanted ordered it so instead of trim pump motor I received a starter motor reached on line chat they said who to contact sent email only to find out I was blocked they blocked my email so yes beware of them they need to get there act together
Great parts at prices us average working folks can afford. The customer service is excellent even when I'm the one confused about an item. Always saves me lots of money verses the OEM and works/lasts just as well.

Placed an order online. Said it would ship same day.Over a week past and it never shipped. Contact customer support several times, no answers as to why they never shipped it.Save yourself time and buy from somewhere else.
I purchased a starter for a Kohler CH395 through Amazon. It lasted about 45 days then sounded like it was destroying the flywheel. Amazon website directed me to DB Electrical for warranty. DB Electrical stated NO WARRANTY on the starter, and will not replace the starter. Both Amazon and DB Electrical websites state 1 year warranty on their parts. I have purchased DB Electrical Parts before and not had an issue but I will not purchase them anymore nor will I recommend them anymore...
Purchased a starter from this company for a small engine, through Amazon. Installed it and it spins but will not engage. Went to Amazon website and was referred to DB Electrical. Customer service (a joke) informed me I need to institute replacement through Amazon. Pass the buck back and forth and I am out 95 bucks. The DB Electrics rep was rude, condescending and arrogant. This is my last purchase of a product sold by them, and my business is engine and vehicle repairs. If I treated my customers as this man did, I would not be in business long !
Contacted DB.We are new to the area.We needed a complete rewire to a four bedroom house circa 1840s therefore no in the first flush of youth.We got a top to bottom rewire,on price and on time with High Quality work.The property was left in good order.Dan and Liam were really easy to deal with.I cannot recommend them too highly.Simon Nicholas.Allonby
I purchased a salt spreader motor. I literally used it Twice(2) times! Housing leaked and it no longer works. Called the company and got automated line. Reported the problem and was told that because it was beyond 30 days it could not be returned. Not a happy purchaser. The product was JUNK! Not properly sealed. Had to purchase original manufacturer part from dealer. Should have done that the first time.

Prompt attendance with courtesy and experience is his hallmark. All this was reflected in his visit to me yesterday. As an elderly, partially disabled woman such characteristics are important. Bought an alternator for my ram it failed at the 18 month mark reached out to them being that there's no crazy wiring in my truck I've only driven it 20,000 miles since installation it told me there's nothing they can do they offer a one year warranty their hands are tied they offered me a 5% discount I told him that's ludicrous I could spend four times the amount of what they charged me originally and come out cheaper and if I had to replace my alternator every year and a half with them I've asked to speak to a supervisor and was told to email sales and it was responded to by a salesman who told me there's nothing they could do for me call the next day ask for supervisor there's no supervisor working so evidently there's no supervisors for this company there's also the owners evidently because you would think with all the negative reviews that they're getting behind not standing behind their product the owner would reach out the industry standard is 5 to 7 years for an alternator there's his lasting one and a half that's absolutely insane to not be willing to work with anyone on the warranty being one year they're severely taking advantage of the American consumer being made in America used to mean something these guys are making it mean nothing
Alternator was packaged very well received item shipped fast was disappointed package received read from J & M made in China hope I haven't received a knock off?
Beware! Starter lasted a month. When I tried to get replacement or refund, nothing but dishonesty and run around.
Found this through a recommendation from a vintage motorcycle group. Needed a replacement battery for a 1963 Honda. They had exactly what i needed! Site was very easy to navigate, price was competitive and shipping was super fast!
