I was a bit skeptical at first
I was a bit skeptical at first. The box was shredded and torn and taped back together. The 4 pieces that come together were not straight cuts at the ends. The product was in need of a good cleaning from the dust and dirt on the reverse of the pieces. Installing was not difficult, and I used a jig saw to cut it to size. Overall, I like the product as it protects the wood from woodpeckers and the finish is nice. I plan to buy 6, 6"x6" in the future for the bottom of the deck.

If there was a way to give -5 stars it would be this horrible company. So ordered their product looked awesome in the ad so I ordered it WHAT A MISTAKE!!! So get the product open a box it’s all pitted scratched just from shipping so open another box thinking ok I can send for replacement, nope same thing so if I put this on my house within a year it’s going to look like HELL! So I contacted company what a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! I get told ok we will get a label so you can send it back 4 weeks go by finally I get label after relentless emails asking for label. SO NOW I’VE PAID INTEREST on my credit card purchase of this junk. UPS shows up can’t except for whatever reason wrong label something about 5 packages but 1 label so here we go again email email email they STRUGGLE to get answers and respond back absolutely horrible customer service!! So now I’m at another 3 weeks and about to pay interest for another month of junky product and horrible customer service. Well guess what now I am paying interest for a this junk for 2nd month. This is the worst company I’ve ever had to work with 60 years buying stuff and this is unbelievable the way this is going. Finally I get frustrated I go to UPS with boxes and ask how do I get this back to the horrible company and Thank god they help me. Now couple more weeks have gone by they charge me a 20% restocking fee for THERE CRAPY PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Email them telling them this is crap on November 3rd here we are November 11th no response so frustrated I’ve had it!!!! Thank god for social media because I will make every effort to try and let people know what a crapy company this is and how horrible they treat there customers.

I would definitely do business with Deck Expressions again and I will recommend them. I contacted Danny Labarbera and he was very helpful even though it was a small order. He made sure to ship my order to the east coast in a timely manner as soon as they received the shipment. I was able to keep my project on schedule due to his help . Thank you Will Delgado

We recently purchased 8 of the 6x6 post base skirts from Deck Expressions. We had high hopes based on the product images online, but the items themselves were poor quality, small and flimsy. After the restock fee and return shipping cost, it just became a costly and disappointing purchase experience.

Definitely avoid this company
Definitely avoid this company! I purchased 2 4x8 lattice panels from them. They arrived quickly, but they were strapped together so tightly that both of them were cracked. I contacted the company multiple times before I finally got a reply from their customer service rep Tyler LaBarbera. He said he would arrange for a replacement to be sent out. A few days went by and I had no tracking number. I contacted them again and they said they sent it to the supplier to have a replacement sent out. More time went by and I still had no tracking information. I contacted them again and they said they would have an update later that day when they talked to the supplier. Again, I heard nothing by the end of the day so I contacted them again the next day and they said “The replacement has been setup, this should go out before the weekend” The weekend came and went and I still have no tracking information. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which nobody from that company has replied to in over a week. I sill now be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge to get my money back. Definitely not worth the hassle of buying anything from this company!!

Deck Expressions have went above and beyond my expectations. Prices were almost half the price as Lowe's and or Home Depot. When dealing with Danny at deck expressions oh, it was very kind and courteous and helpful in gaining all the supplies I needed for our vinyl porch that we had installed for customer. Shipping time was very reasonable as opposed to leading competitors. I would highly recommend deck expressions for all of your vinyl home improvement needs
