I placed an order in December I have sent three emails concerning my order and I have not received any response confirmation # #VZ7LQWIE0The email address isunder my husbands name Roy MartinWe never received this order the amount was $398 and some change if we had received it I would not be reaching out to you I don’t know what door UPS left the order but it was not ours. I even checked my camera for Jan 6 and there is no footage showing that UPS made a delivery

Decor Lane refuses to refund my…
Decor Lane refuses to refund my purchase because the product isn’t damaged in any way! On their website they state that “If you find that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items”. I attempted to return a Duvet and Shams within 24 hrs of receiving it and they have the audacity to offer me a credit for $19 on a product I spent close to $300 on. Stay away from this company.

Excellent products. I ordered 2 chandeliers and a custom wall panel and I’m very impressed. Great customer service, price and product. The wall panels were customized for my house and I’ve gotten several compliments. The chandeliers are of great quality and sparkle like to other.

I have worked with Sam at Decor Lane and he has made the buying process very easy. Any questions I have had have been answered in a very understandable way and is always there when I have a question. No Returns or Exchanges
I wanted a return an unopened item, which according to their website is up to their discretion and they refused. I would have been okay with an exchange, but they just leave their customers stuck with products and I think most good companies allow returns and/or exchanges if you're willing to absorb the shipping. If you're 100% sure you want something, good luck. But I won't be shopping with them again.

I chatted with Jay, who gave me a heads up that there would be a difference in size between US standard and European standard. I would have ordered something that would have been the wrong size and couldn’t have been altered to fit. I was spared a disappointment AND expense! Jay was also so patient while I checked measurements on things— couldn’t have asked for better customer service!!

We ordered 2x CÉLESTE TRINITÉ CHANDELIER - Cosmic Circlet & Ovoid just before Christmas and got delivered on 3rd Jan this year. We really loved the customer support they have. They are quick and supportive. Chandelier are of good quality but prices are bit high. I will definitely buy again and 100% recommend their website.

Disappointing, Not Recommended
I purchased a Prussian Blue King Duvet set. The product that arrived was DULL in colour and not as advertised. I was told that I could not exchange the product despite the discrepancy in colour. It’s too awful to use so it’s sitting in its original packaging. I don’t believe most of their reviews are genuine either. It cost me close to $600, and they offered to refund $37 and give me a gift card for $50. Terrible product, service and false advertising. Don’t recommend it, save your money.

Decor Lane Provided the highest of quality
Great treatment and although I didn’t want a full set for this specific room , but had fell in love with some of the beautiful high quality pieces, Decor Lane went above and beyond to make my experience important. Their products are stunning and they provided a personal touch in all aspects of my experience. I will be buying from them again. And will absolutely tell my friends in my community whom many of which are building homes up here on the mountain currently .
