Decent vets but prepare for a long wait for every appointment!! I’ve never been seen on time at the castle Cary practice having been going here for over 10 years! Always at least a 10 minute wait up to 35 minute wait. No explanation given by the staff and when asked how much longer it’s always just the same line of ‘they’re in with the person before you so it should only be another couple of minutes’ Lies!
Have been three times now to yeovil branch great experiences. Looked after my cat jigsaw hes feeling better now!
Unbelievably appalling service from start to finish. I will never bother again and I’d suggest you don’t either.
We have been using this vet practice for 20 years - horses x4, dogs x4 cats and many small pets- and spent £1000s, yet today I had the most awful experience and was treated with complete disinterest and incompetence i am driven to write this review....Basically don’t book to see a vet if you want to see a vet! Waited 45mins for an appointment that I had made , got guzumped 3 times and in the event didn’t get to see a vet!
