This company is Absolutely horrible!
This company is Absolutely horrible!! I've literally given them 15K of my money for them to turn around and tell me that cant provide the website I needed that they would need and extra 10k to do what I wanted!! that was a hard NO..... you cant understand the ppl in customer service they speak broken English and when I went to ask for a refund the refused to refund me my money. Then I said to Them I haven't brought any profit in from the website in 6 Months they told me I would have to spend 5K on web indexing and advertising To give them the 5k and they would handle it all......Again thats another Hard NOO!!! i have better luck with Ecwid and its way cheaper and way easier to navigate dont waste your money on these people!!!!

Despite the situation, Iconix handled everything with great professionalism and promptly refunded the amount I had paid.
