SCAM SCAM SCAM Stay the hell away from this company if you get contacted by any of their recruiters on WhatsApp or telegram. They took 30 k from me a lifetime saving. They will tell you to make more and more deposits unntill you go zero just to complete tasks and optimize so called fake apps. Stay away from these people they are dignity loose people they dont care.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.This company is a total scam. They are charging people for notarize form 1583, which they will never do. They will tell you that you will be refunded, they will never send you the refund. My account is blocked 2 weeks ago, I sent messages to support, contacted Sijo Joy, Jessa Kirk, no one ever replied. TOTAL SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!
Absolutely horrible customer experience and support. Dealing with them has been a nightmare steer clear. The flow and process to take my credit card and money was great (obviously), then when their notary couldn't actually notarize my document and had to reschedule...then double charged me...then their support spammed me with 20+ irrelevant messages none of which helped resolve my issue... Need I say more?
Scam company. Avoid investing in this company, otherwise you lose your money because they use the investors as a bank to compensate their debts and expenses. Meanwhile they closed the comments on twitter to avoid being blamed by the angry investors.
We have been using them for two years, it is no scam, they do ask for legitimacy from the companies that work with them and that takes a while.It has worked well for us, they have resolved all issues and quickly.
A total joke. Zero UI. Terrible Customer service. I send them a video to help with their UI. They made it worse. Shady company. Called the corporate number. I think it's a sham operation.
I signed up for annual plan and did not get a chance to receive mail. I needed to make a mailbox change of facility location due to the google search showing alert for suspicious Credit Service operating at street address for the initial location but did not know things moved at a snail's pace. I give them 1 stars not because it was just slow but I said at the outset I was on a short timeline to get virtual mail business address but when I requested change I was lead to believe it would take a week at most to make the change..instead it took 4 weeks to complete. The cancellation request took an additional week to process. Customer service was never rude and they were professional in all emails & phone communications but I was really disappointed in their pace (they are scary slow) and there was no effort to refund me for dissatisfaction in their start and a 1-year service unused.
I have been trying to cancel this service for several months. They over charged me and never repaid me. I asked for a real address so that I could get business loans they stop responding. I am at my wits end. Do not I repeat do not use this for business purposes, they are unprofessional.
This is probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with ANY company. They have NO IDEA what they are doing. I've wasted many months, many dollars, and hundreds of hours cleaning up the mess they have made with my mail situation. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Billed for 7 months and never received one scanned letter or 1 package. I received a letter notifying me a package was received from my bank and asking what I wanted the mailroom to do. I asked them to forward to package to my address on file, but after 6 months I never received a response from the mailroom and never received the package. I later sent a test letter to my mailbox and 5 weeks later still didn't get notified it was in the mailroom. I submitted an inquiry to technical support and after 2 weeks they responded "Still we have not received any response from mail room team. Hence close th ticket." I responded that my issue was not resolved and I paid for 7 months of service but didn't receive any mail and they still didn't respond. I tried to cancel the service but didn't receive a response. I had to switch billing cards to my CashApp card and just didn't load money on the card. Comprehensively disappointing.
COMPLETELY USELESS. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT MIGHT AS WELL BE A SCAM. They don't contact you when you try to ask about WHERE your mail is.. they literally will not respond. It's disgusting and should be illegal.
Terrible experience trying to get an account set up and 1563 notarized. I cancelled before I could use it and went to a competitor with much better technology.
Pathetic service for UK probate, have a straightforward, uncontested, no tax to pay will. Already lost one buyer of deceased house due to these clowns delay in the simplest task. Take away their probate contract now.
