I fell for one of their ads about a week or so before Valentine's Day on social media. I paid well over $100 for one of their products, and then paid for Rush Shipping on top of that, to ensure that it would arrive before Valentine's Day (it promised a 2/13 arrival date). It also promised that if you paid for Rush Shipping, it would be shipped within 24 hours.None of this happened. It did NOT ship for 5 days, and they hadn't even given it to USPS until the morning of 2/13. By then, the estimated arrival date had been pushed to 2/15, which made this obviously totally useless for my Valentine's Day plans. I told them I obviously would not need these anymore if they weren't going to come by Valentine's Day and to cancel the order, and they offered me NOTHING. They told me that's too bad, and did NOT let me cancel it, and then did NOT refund me ANYTHING.I've filed a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY. There is a reason why they have so many 1-star reviews on other review sites across the web. I completely regret falling for their ad.
I received something from them have no idea who sent it. I have called them several times and email them. They do not respond to anyone. And their stuff is shabby and cheap. No one should use them.
This site did not send out my order after 2 weeks and the phone number goes straight to voicemail. The chat never connects you with anyone and the email send an automatic reply saying someone will be with you and after a day or 2, no one reaches out and they send a survey.
They did not ship my item until AFTER I contacted them 3 days after the promised the delivery date. They lied and claimed it was the courier’s fault. I called the post office and they stated they never received the package. After days of going back and forth with “customer service”, I finally received my order. They had sent the wrong item. I then asked for a refund and they denied a full refund. After a couple more days of going back and forth, I was told I would receive a refund, because they were “saving themselves a headache” by not dealing with my order any further. Company is beyond ridiculous and disrespectful. The item I did get was cheaply made and covered in hot glue.
Company fails to fill orders on time despite advertising rush delivery. Ordered an item more than a week ahead of Valentines Day and it still hasn't been delivered two days after. The company will apologize for the "inconvenience" but takes no accountability and still charges you the full amount.
I took a risk by using this business, as I buy from the same businesses for every event and every year...based on my experience buying a Valentine's Day gift for my wife, I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. They're playing a 'shell game' by confirming an incorrect delivery date at the time of purchase in order to drive sales, knowing full well the delivery date isn't feasible - after I paid for express delivery, they CONFIRMED Feb 13th when I placed my order and then updated the status to Feb 16th the following business day. When I tried to cancel and get a refund, I was told I had to wait until I received the delivery. Of course, I tried again after it was delivered and was told they could only refund the additional delivery charges. I think it's clear to them that I wouldn't have placed the order if they were honest about the delivery date, particularly since it's Valentine's Day! This is a despicable practice. The fact that it arrived after Valentines Day makes it absolutely useless...I had to purchase flowers at the last minute, which is what I was trying to avoid to begin with! There's a way to grow a retail business without taking advantage of customers.
Scam no one answers emails or phones never got order beware
Don’t order anything from their website. I ordered flower on Feb. 1st and it hasn’t been delivered until today. Their customer service neither respond to my email nor taking the call. NEVER BUY ANYTHING from them again.
Paid extra for item to arrive February 13th. It was stuck in transit at same place for 3 days! And the number doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails. Wouldn’t recommend
They won’t reply, I sent them an email about my damaged product and still no response. It’s not fair that I spent money with you guys and you won’t fix your damaged item.
I bought a new year gift from them for my family. Its was perfectly customized and arrived within the time schedule. Kudos😇

I paid for priority mail EXPRESS (next day delivery) which is more expensive then what they actually did (3x the difference which is why it costed $117) they sent it via priority mail (up to 3 business days) lmao they are already 10 days late LMAO Thieves! Their contact number does not work either. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE BY PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM!
This company sells cheap plastic crap and false advertises it as real roses coated in 24k gold leaf with iridescent rose petals. What I received was cheap, made in China, garbage.
I didn't receive my order. When contacted both via phone and email. The phone line never gets answered and I was ghosted via email by this so called 'customer service rep'. This company is a complete scam. Steer clear of them if you are seeking to order from a reputable company.

I ordered a white bunny for my wife on 2/1/22 for Valentine’s Day and Dose of Roses forgot to ship the item. So after Valentine’s Day I asked for a refund. Then by 3/1/22 they finally stated they will not refund my money and only offer store credit. I don’t need a Valentine’s gift that was never shipped. Who knows if it would ever be shipped. Also they never respond with a person’s name only “Dose of Roses.”
You guys keep sending me this so now I will fill it out. I paid for Valentine's day delivery and the package came literally a week after Valentine's day. When I put in a request with your customer service for a refund on the shipping, they basically told me they cannot control the shipping company which is understandable, but at least refund my shipping cost. In the end, they refund a measly $4 of shipping costs and per their words, we will refund a portion of the shipping cost. Will never use again. Horrible customer service because they were scared they were going to lose a buck instead of doing the right thing to keep a long term customer.
I’d give zero stars if I could as others have stated. Paid for VALENTINE’S DAY DELIVERY. I contacted them about the late delivery with a response which they stated the delivery date was only estimated and it would arrive on time. I responded to their email to which they literally copied and pasted their response from the first email. I tried calling multiple times during business hours with ZERO ANSWERS or communication. Only one item arrived out of two, but after. Vday. Which means they lied. One item was never shipped. The other arrived after vday. I requested a refund on the other item that still hasn’t arrived with zero response. This company is horrible. They used to be on point, but obviously they need new management and to be held accountable. Venus ET Fleur, although more expensive, delivered on their shipping promise and saved the day. I would be more understanding if these people actually communicated, answered calls, and didn’t copy and paste the same email to me again and again. This is probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in my life. Unless you pick overnight shipping(which I would’ve had I known they’d drop the ball), don’t order fromThese guys. I can provide call attempts, emails, order info, as well as proof of the shipping selection I selected vs the shipping options which were available via screenshot. They spammed the living crap out of me for “vday delivery” and other nonsense as another reviewer stated, but same as them, these people dropped the ball. Rather than spamming people constantly, focus on actually getting your product out in a timely manner, fulfilling shipping dates you promise, and answering emails without copy and paste/answer phone calls rather than letting it constantly ring til the recording says we may not be open. Even though it’s during business hours. Since I’m on the east coast, 12pm is when they open. I called all times during the day without an answer.
