The cups turned out great - delivery issue
The cups turned out great. They were not sent on the date requested - I had to call to check on the order - then they sent it. Fortunately, we got them in time.

Great Customer Service
I was having some issues with the website so I called in and was assisted. The representative was incredibly helpful and made the rest of my ordering process seamless. She was able to clearly breakdown the rest of the process and shipping estimate for me so I would have an idea of the timeline to receive my order once the design was finalized.

DrinkBranders has been a pleasure to work with. Throughout the initial process, customer service was incredibly helpful with the design and delivery of product. I wanted water bottles with my art on it. It took time for me to send in the file type needed. Tammy was kind and helpful and continued to follow up with me. The bottles were received soon after I approved the image and just how I imagined them. I appreciate Tammy’s help! Thank you kindly.

More insight into production timeline.
Talking with Tammy throughout the process was super helpful, and the quality of the cups was so much better than we anticipated given that Drink Branders had the lowest price we could find for the types of cups we wanted.I would have appreciated more insight into an expected delivery date. We needed a quick turnaround on an order of 400 cups. When I initially found the cups and placed the order, I saw that Drink Branders guaranteed a free 24-hour rush, but nowhere did it specify exactly what that meant. We did end up receiving the order right on time, but with UPS shipping estimates, there was a real possibility that we would have received our cups after we needed to have them in hand. Grateful everything worked out, but we would have liked to have more insights into the production timeline, which definitely would have influenced our decision!

They were so helpful with my custom yeti water bottle order. My logo needed some help and their graphic designer cleaned it up and make it perfect. The office was very supportive answering all my many questions I had.
