I love my Hydro Stanley
I love my Hydro Stanley. I had a pitcher style before but it didn’t work for me because I couldn’t drink fast enough while the hydrogen was fresh, and if I was away from home I would have to wait until I got back home to replace and refresh the Hydrogen. But with this portable drink cup I always have my water and the hydrogen generator with me at all times. The pitcher would be great for multiple users that can be near it all day. But if you want a portable water bottle and are the sole user, then the Hydro Stanley is a great choice. And I can’t forget to mention that the customer service is great and has been very accessible and helpful whenever I’ve had a question or concern.

I absolutely love the Hydro Pitcher
I absolutely love the Hydro Pitcher, but after 9 days of use the water had a metallic taste to it. I did multiple cleanings but nothing would permanently resolve the issue. As others mentioned, lots of emails back and forth until finally received a phone call with Jack who after listening to my detailed story agreed to send a replacement. He emailed me a return shipping label and promised to send replacement once mine was received. I am giving 5 stars for now with the anticipation that the new device will work properly without have to do a cleaning daily.

I ordered 2 bottles and love mine the other was for my spouse, he loves his as well. I had a question about adding lemon and ACV to the water. I got an answer fast. The customer service at Dr Water is great, they are very helpful. After I had placed my order it arrived in I believe 2 days. Very soon I will order another for my brother. Ordered december 16. contacted them on dec 26 and jan 14 and reluctantly agreed to wait till first week of february for my water filter to be delivered. already over a month delayed. Received the WRONG PRODUCT on feb 2 and it was USED and SCRATCHED. Then for 2 days telling me to "wait" for return instructions. Finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. this is a scam company with low quality chinese products scamming people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Besides his kindness and professionalism, I appreciated his honesty. He didn't answer a couple of questions because he didn't know the answer, but he was going to put me in contact with his speacialist. The products sell for themselves but Jack made a difference for me to purchase 4 items.

2/14/26 NEW REVIEW UPDATE 🙂....After all my emails, Jack from customer service did called me about my concerns. He sent a replacement ASAP. So for now everything is working great. I appreciate the replacement as the other was useless. If you are having issues, hang in there. They will respond and rectify your concerns and make you a happy customer. OLD REVIEW...Within 5 days just about everything was defective. The straw was loose, leakage from tom and bottom, HydroStanley would not work unless plugged up. Useless as a portable option. Contacted customer service and thought they seem to work with you they don't. Its just a back and forth email party. You send your complaints with video and they send you another sweet email. What you do not get is actual customer service, your money back nor an exchanged item. This was a waste of my money for a product I was looking forward to using. Too much hype and no worthy back up material. SAD. Just SAD.

I ordered a few items last week and needed to talk to customer service about my order. It did take about a week going back and forth to get resolved so I’m happy to say they followed through. Just be patient. Loving the products & hydrogen water experience . I’m feeling lighter , more focused and like my kidney functioning has improved already .

They haven't delivered the product
They haven't delivered the product, and they keep dodging my request to cancel and receive a refund. Their process for cancelling and issuing refunds is very hard to find and then they just won't do it. I have finally had to go to my credit card to try and get the money back. But this was suppose to be a present for Christmas and still nothing as of January 15th.

really dont buy it. i bought it thinking it’s just another fancy thing like liquid death but all the time. now i literally can’t go a day without it. the water feels diff... lighter? smoother? idk how to explain it but even my mom said it FEELS like its healing the gut lol.and oh their customer service... these ppl are way too nice. i had a issue with the plug and they replaced the whole base in 3 days! They also emailed to check if everything’s working fine later.my friends now call me a water nerd now lol so yeah... dont buy it.

solves dizziness, afternoon crash
i had this all problems. afternoon crash,fuzzy head,weird joint aches after runs. kept googling “hydrogen water legit??” at 2amread a lot,, reddit, yt, random forums where everyone’s a scientist.got piurify first. Numbers looked high (ppb charts looked cool ngl). taste was alright… but the plastic felt kinda… plasticky. couple weeks in, tiny smell i couldn’t un-smell. maybe just me, maybe not.Then Movoca. clean unboxing, looks slick, bubbles were decent. but charging was fussy as hell and the lid? gets gunky if you don’t baby it. had two fills taste off (could be my taste, still annoyed).tried a few big amazon brands. some days hydrogen felt strong, next day… mehSwitched to this new smaller glass bottle out of spite. immediate difference. cleaner taste, zero plasticky vibe. feels solid in hand. rinse, done. started drinking lesser coffee. Legs didn’t feel as heavy post run. Slept a bit better too… or placebo, idk, but i noticed.week 2 I’m drinking more without trying. It’s just there, i grab it, sip, forget, repeat.anyway, the one i kept is Dr. Water Glass. didn’t wanna fanboy but yeah. consistent bubbles, glass feels premium, no weird smell,, cleaning = 20 seconds tops.

Don’t buy it. I returned mine 2 months ago. THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND ME. The item is crap. Now “ I have to prove it’s delivered”, “ send them the tracking number so they can track it” The item is DELIVERED BACK TO THEM. This is a robbery.

Worst customer service in the industry
If I could rate Dr Water a 0 I would. They have the worst customer service I have encountered. They shipped me a partial order and then refused accountability. The packaging was not sufficient to handle the shipment and it ripped open in shipping. They are ghosting me after stealing my money. If you buy from them, I hope you don't need support.

Worst customer service - don’t waste your money. I ordered two Stanley bottles on 24 October in the Halloween sale - one white, one blue - a few days go by and I’ve still got no shipping details.I email asking for an update and I’m told they are having colour stock issues - both supply and sending to Australia - and would I take black ones? No thank you, and I asked why a black one could be shipped but not other colours. I received no reply - weird, right? I few more days I emailed again asking for an update as I received a promotion email and the green cups were available, fine, I’ll take one of those. No reply. I am due to fly to the US soon and tell them I can have them shipped to me there. Nothing. Just loads of promotional emails. I chase again. And again. Nothing. Not even a polite, “We’re working on it”. Today, I receive a refund with no email. It took a month for me to get absolutely nothing except the banking fee for an intentional transaction No, “Sorry we couldn’t make it work”, nada. But guess what? I did get another promotional email! WTH! I just wanted the bottles in any other colour but black, I even found a workaround and was patient enough to wait for it, but they just kept ignoring me.Imagine you get your Dr Water bottle and it has an issue. Is this kind of customer service going to be on top of it, helping you fix it? Doesn’t seem likely.There’s nothing to trust about Dr Water but the fact that they’ll spam you with constant sales message and nothing else. It makes me wonder about the quality of their products if their customer service is this poor. I love hyping up cool businesses and rarely write bad reviews, but this has been a very disappointing experience.

I work outside and already notice a difference with fatigue and bloating. Usually I am craving something for a pick me up and feel depleted at the end of my bartending a Florida beach bar shift. I left work feeling energized and refreshed and wake up every morning without the crazy bloating I always had before.

Support emails don't work
I bought a hydro kettle or jug late last year and, last month, the unit zapped /sparked when I turned it on. I found the we mail address on the Dr. Water was website and sent a support request. That email was undeliverable email address doesn't exist. I tried a differentemail address and that worked but I received no reponse after 3 weeks. Then, I sent a support request from the Dr. Water website and clicking "submit" also failed. The product seemed to work OK for 6 months, but, if anything goes wrong, don't expect to get any support, or even a reply.

Changed how I hydrate — genuinely impressed
I was skeptical at first, but after using Dr. Water’s hydrogen water bottle for about 3 weeks, I’m sold. I mainly got it to help with fatigue and bloating, and honestly, I’ve noticed a difference in my energy levels and digestion. The water tastes really clean too — much better than what I was drinking before.Not a cheap product, but if you're serious about your health, it feels like a worthwhile upgrade. I’ve already recommended it to two friends.
