HORRIBLE POLICIES- SHOP ELESEWHERE- THEY WILL SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFO

I went to Wayfair anticipating to buy 2 things, approx, $400. I went to review the reviews and apparently if you want to see more than the 4 they choose you to see you must sign in, aka create an account. Really? Ok well bye bye, I should be able to make an informed decision on product purchases without giving anyone my email.

Suppliers need to be vetted more carefully.

UPDATE: Modifying this from a 1 star review, because customer service made an effort to resolve my issue. Hopefully, Wayfair will work with this supplier, and ensure that their product truly is easy to assemble.After a couple of disappointing purchases, recently gave them another chance. That was a mistake. Purchase what should have been an easy to assemble desk, and the top came without any pre-drilled holes. They should reimburse me for the cost of having to hire someone to put it together!

This is the worse online company, with poor logistics and poor quality.

This is the worse online company. Their logistic system totally broken. I order a French double door. First time,the delivery was wrong they sent more doors. At first I thought it was fine, but when I opened it, all doors are broken. That's why they send more doors. Despite the back up, I have to return the doors. I follow all instructions and put the label and return in good order. The Wayfair staff seems helpful to arrange the return and reorder. It should arrive February 26, but there is mistake again. They only send the frame which I already have. I am paying my contractor to install the door. Therefore, I am wasting one day labor cost. When I call Wayfair, no help is given. The only answer is wait for the missing package to arrive (if they will arrive).

I paid $100 for a Wayfair assembler to…

I paid $100 for a Wayfair assembler to put my cabinet together. The assembler was suppose to be at my house at 10:30 am he showed up at 12:30. I called Wayfair to ask for a discount on the service and they only offered 10 percent which is disgusting when you are as busy as I am. I do not reccommend this service.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this purchase. My order was delayed for almost two months, and at no point during checkout was I informed that the item was out of stock or unavailable. If I had known, I would have never placed the order.Waiting that long without clear communication is extremely frustrating. A delay of this length without transparency shows a lack of respect for the customer’s time and planning.This was a very poor shopping experience, and I truly expected better.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!

I bought a patio set which I was expecting in two shipments and shipment #1 arrived today. The legs of the chairs are not only damaged, but someone obviously tried to “fix” the damage by painting over the marks on the metal leg of the chair #1. The paint used is extra glossy and not matte like the rest of the metal…..nice try! The second chair they didn’t even bother. I contacted WF via text chat to query if I accidentally ordered an open box item as these patio chairs are not new and clearly damaged (not accidentally damaged as whoever packed them tried to “fix” the damage hoping I wouldn’t notice”. WF confirmed I had ordered brand new, not open box so I sent photos of the damage. After waiting ages, over an hour to get 2 text replies, WF informed me that their system was going through “an update” and to try back later. How convenient!!!! So done with this garbage and the garbage they send aka furniture! I work hard for what I have and if I wanted used, second hand furniture I’d buy from facebook marketplace for a fraction of the price! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE unless you want countless hours of stress and damaged furniture!

So dissapointed

So dissapointed. Ordered a Elda Small Sofa Loveseat Couch Apartment Sofa Hallway Sofa With Storage Space. Wayfair Order #4357190636. Very cheap and the adjustable arm rests and back rest is flimsey and I don't feel they will last long. I have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair, very dissapointed. Overpriced for what you get. The insturctions to assemble do not match the numbers of the packages and they sent 3 of the same items when it should have been 2 and then 2 of the other. Instead I now have 3 of the same and 1

Not shopping here anymore!…

Just about every time I purchase something at wayfair it goes on sale within 24 hours. I have called customer service to get the price adjusted since I haven't received the product yet and they don't do that NO Thanks I will shop somewhere else!!

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, not helpful at all, delivery timing is very opaque. Was my first and last time using them. Definitely prefer to purchase furniture in-person after this experience

I would not even give it one star

I would not even give it one star. Poor customer service that is unhelpful! And the delivery dates are not accurate. Do not buy from Wayfair. You’d be better off purchasing from somewhere else. Their prices are not that different and at least you’ll get your item in a timely manner.
