Dillon put in a bathroom for us that…

Dillon put in a bathroom for us that was my worst nightmare. Leak after leak and leak right through my kitchen roof. Half way through putting in we found out that our boiler was not compatible for the shower so had to get new boiler in with more expense. Had to wait about 3 weeks for to have a shower as he wasn't interested the state he left us in. Left my house like a bomb had landed in it. No tidying up please do not go to him . Bought a car off him aswell which was another con as never been out of the garage and cost us another 2000 to get on the road.

Absolutely no attention to detail.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole. Shoddy work. Terrible finishes. Spent hours touching up awful paintwork and an overdose of silicone. Some bits of kitchen renovation worse than when it started.

As a rule

As a rule, I have rarely had to complain about any trades - DTG is different! Dillon claimed that he could carry out our requirements for a new kitchen and internal doors - this was last year around June 2019. Initially everything was ok but then something changed half way through the job - not sure what. His mood changed. Was happy to take our money though! The end result was lip service and a low standard job with a poor finish. He was cheeky and left us to put the plastic screw covers on all the units and clear away all the debris to the dump even although he charged us for it! He left a unit poorly fixed to the wall knowing that it was unsafe and we had children. He didn't care in the end and I had to chase him for several months before he finally agreed to return to fix this unit. All round disappointing and I have had to call another joiner to fix his mistakes. Wish I had never called him in the first place. Would not recommend!

Terrible experience!!!

Terrible experience! Avoid Dillon Goonan and DTG joinery at all costs. Quoted for a job. Initially seemed to know what he was talking about.Demanded 75%percent upfront which was paid. Abandoned job half way through. Excuse after excuse- never turned up to complete it ! Left my house like a building site- didn't care. He is a complete scammer. Do not use- or at least dont pay him anything upfront!
