Shady company. called qb support and Ebetter had 2 employees helping to remove my q/b data from a hosting sight to the cloud. After a few days, we were unable to login. I was told by the employee to not talk to anyone but the 2 technicians or account manager but now they do not answer their phone. I ended calling the real quickbooks support who said there is no record of me paying ($4,000). I suggest you keep a backup daily of your data, that is what saved me to get back my q/books and continue working. I am cancelling ebetter payment with my c/c company as a fraud transaction. Horrible support and very scammy.

This company has been scamming my business for 1.5 years now. From the beginning they have stated they were QuickBooks when in fact, they assist with Quickbooks and charge fees for services and licenses that are not needed. My business has paid them over $6000 before realizing the scam. The scam was brought to their attention and they agreed to refund some of the money and never have. Countless rounds with them and all they do is to continue to lie. The fraud department with our bank is involved again due to this company. Watch out for Ronnie Wilson, Stacey, Alan, Veronica, Debra, Nancy, Mike, Jasper, Josep, Kevin, Andy, Eric, John, Jacob, Jason, Kyla, Jenny, Steve and Joe. Ronnie Wilson and Stacey being the worst of these scammers.

I have been using them for 3 years now
I have been using them for 3 years now. They do help with problems. But I do believe that they are the ones who cause the problems. And then they want more money to fix the problems that I believe that they have caused. When you do get a contract from them make sure you get a copy of the contract. I am now with them for another three. Because for some reason I had to upgrade to the cloud. But then I was having problems in the brand-new cloud and they wanted to charge me more money for a better cloud that way I wouldn't have more problems. Thus, me coming to the conclusion that they are the ones causing the problems.

They said they were updating my non-profit subscription for 3 years. They charge me over $500. They just added me to somebody else's subscription. Now that subscription is expired and I can not get access to my data. Intuit will not talk to me because they do not recognize that I own the subscription and ebetterbooks will not release my data unless I pay them. They are a complete fraud.

Be aware of this company
Be aware of this company, last May we purchased what we thought was a subscription directly with Quickbooks for a 12 month access to a cloud based service for multiple users. After about 10 months we lost access to the server, when we contacted customer support they told me Quickbooks updated to 2024 and we no longer had access to our Quickbooks account. I asked if they can provide me with the local files so we can back up our info directly to a Quickbooks subscription and they refused to provide it without paying for another year subscription, they are holding out Quickbooks files hostage unless we pay for another year while we should still have access to the servers for another 2 months. Beware this company is complete fraud and will do anything to steal your money. The customer service agent told me that if I didn’t like it to just go somewhere else and that he wouldn’t provide me the information I needed.
