Great experience working with Mike and team

Had a great experience working with Mike/CollegePC on a custom SFF build. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and they were super accommodating when I had questions or small requests along the way. What stood out most was how willing they were to go the extra mile, even offering to revisit the cable management after sharing a reference video I liked. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a custom build with attention to detail and a team that really listens. Would absolutely order from them again.

A PC Builder Worth Buying From

I decided to go through eCollege PC for my PC build and I couldn't have been happier with my decision. They took the time to email me with some stuff I messed up on while checking out. They were kind enough to have power lines available for the GPU I was moving over from my old computer. It took about 1 week from the time I ordered it to seeing a video of the build booting, and then shipped out quickly to be at my door. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends / colleagues.

ordered a custom pc from ecollege pc at…

ordered a custom pc from ecollege pc at november 29. a part i picked out was incompatible, and they explained to me what my choices were, which i very much appreciated. after that, i received many emails with detailed updates and videos as they built my pc. got my pc december 12 and it runs great, no issues whatsover. great service!

eCollegePC, Great Computers, Great Customer Service, Great Prices, So So Tech Support

I cannot recommend eCollegePC highly enough if you are looking for a great computer at a reasonable price. I got a very nice gaming AMD Ryzen machine with quality parts for a very reasonable price. I wish I could recommend their tech support. First of all I live on the west coast so they at close at 3 in the afternoon for me. If you have a simple problem they can probably help you solve it. If you have a more complex problem they probably cannot solve it in my experience with them. I also found it interesting that if you chose #2 on their phone menu, the tech support option, a recording may come on and say they are not available. Then, if you call right beck and press #1 for sales someone will answer right away.
