I ordered a ESA letter and a PSD CERTIFICATE i Only RECEIVED THE ESA LETTER I had to call in order to get a therapist to give me a review. Also, I’m very disappointed in this service. I need my PSD letter for travel. The therapist never mentioned the psd letter to me, i had to call you guys to get my esa letter after not hearing from anyone for two days.i called yesterday and i got refunded for not receiving the psd letter.

ESA Pet is probably the easiest process ever! It took a few days as I applied on a Friday but I got everything completed on Monday! Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. The process was super easy and I was connected with specialists seamlessly and with no issues.
