I was more then satisfied with the essential oils i received Stephanie Flores a worker with this company sent me out a sample package, they came to me super quick and i can’t get over the way they work, it only took my hair 1 day and one wash from being super flakey to no dry scalp at all with the jojoba oil, it has lasted me many uses since i got it. Overall i am truly grateful for these oils!

I have been purchasing essential oils from this company for a few years now and have always received great quality oils (they also have a pretty large selection). The past year they had many delays but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I'm glad I did!The customer service team has really gone above and beyond to help me source oils that were out of stock at a good price.Will be happy to continue to work & recommend this company.
I ordered both the Master Class and All-access pass, received a receipt of payment on 8 April. Is 30 July and despite countless emails, I have never received the associated class materials, paid extra for their international delivery. I have asked for tracking numbers but never have received ANY evidence that the class and all-access workbooks, DVDs and more have ever been sent (I did receive the sign-up bonus book separately). This week, I telephoned 3x and they have not even answered my calls, despite saying that they have 24 hour service. Additionally, for my initial login, it took 3 email requests and several days to receive my logon info.
I ordered from them 12 days ago. One week after payment, I still hadn't got my tracking number so I emailed them and they said they would send my order the day after and give me tracking number. I waited 2 more days, didn't receive anything. I wrote them again, not even a reply after another 2 days. I am getting worried if they are a scam. I order internationally and asked them if they could ship internationally. They said they could and I also paid almost 40% of my order cost as shipping. Are they legit??
They offer all the info experienced they offer analysis and proof of testing. Their customer service is great, as well.

As a manufacturer on products based on Essential Oils we had these problems with the only order we had placed:* We had difficulties receiving the order on the terms expected. It was related to emails not being read by HBNO.* We had to insist and wait several weeks after the purchase in order to get the products analysis for the lots we received. We learn that most of the products we received had analysis older than a year.However we are willing to give them a new try. They seem to be growing and improving.
