They are a scam site

They are a scam site. They bill you from a company called JJ E Tickets. I attempted to contact JJ E Tickets and their phone tree is fake and disconnects that call no mater what you select (all the options are clearly fake and their canned message is that it's an extremely busy time of year for tickets), then they block your number so each subsequent call automatically fails.There is also zero customer support from eTickets Box Office - what can be expected from a BS company, maybe that's why their emails go to the spam folder.I requested Amex investigate and refund the tickets after a very quick dispute - which is easy to do since they can't provide the required info to Amex or they are known offenders. Either way, amex permanently resolved the dispute within minutes. Once my funds were reversed they reported me to the NY Attorney General's office (which is also BS). In another reply below, they are "siting legal articles". So they are very "litigious" instead of supportive. Your operation is non-sense and any reply to this comment will no doubt be non-sense too. I would ask you to do your job, however, it's obvious your job is to try to take money without providing a service. So Bravo? I hope your business goes under.EDIT:I see your reply. Your upgrade claim is BS. I tried to contact you many, many times. It now dawns on me why you wouldn't provide the tickets today when you finally called me back, despite me offering my card for charge again as a clear path forward - it's because you don't actually have the tickets. You claim the reason why you won't send the tickets is because you don't want to send the tickets and loose the dispute, but that's not how it works. Just provide the produce and send that info to Amex who will then have evidence to resolve in your favor.Details about my issue with this seller:-The merchant promised delivery by Dec 23 but did not deliver by that date.-The merchant then refused delivery close to the event specifically because the dispute was pending, attempting to force me into either (a) dropping the dispute, or (b) losing the tickets and receiving only a reduced/conditional credit later.-The merchant identity on the charge descriptor did not clearly match the public-facing seller name (JJ E TICKETS), and initial communications/support were not reasonably accessible, which is why I disputed in the first place.-The merchant’s own Terms/Policy page states (paraphrased): “In the event of a chargeback (card transaction dispute), the ticket will not be delivered… the cardholder will receive a future event credit (minus 30% of the original purchase value) once the chargeback is resolved in the company’s favor…” This confirms the merchant’s intent to withhold delivery and impose a penalty tied to the dispute process.Hence more scam tactics.After I disputed the charge, the merchant escalated with intimidation tactics, including asserting they “reported” me to the New York Attorney General’s office. This appears designed to discourage me from exercising my rights through the card dispute process rather than to resolve the underlying issue of non-delivery.When we finished our call the seller clearly said 'do you want to see how far I can take this?' then hung up. You need to stop trying to scare people.
