Perfect for streamlining our awards
We have been using Evalato for our business awards for a few years now, and couldn’t be happier. From the easy setup, through the registration process which is super user-friendly, up to the multiple payment options that the software supports (including bank transfer and custom payments), everything works like a charm. One of our favorite features is cloning the program so each year we get the new edition up and running with just a couple of tweaks. Greatest time-saver
We’ve been using Evalato to organize large events with a significant number of participants. Evalato has been of great help with the process of setting-up and managing thousands of entry forms. Getting started with Evalato was astonishingly easy. Their video tutorials are extremely useful and easy to understand. We were pleasantly surprised to see how easy it is to create and customize entry forms. The platform allows you to customize entry forms as best fit for the purposes of your event and makes managing thousands of applications, as well as doing post-event analysis seem like child’s play. It’s the greatest time-saver we’ve used so far! The platform is very user-friendly for all parties involved. To us as organizers, it’s important to create the most comfortable experience possible and since we’ve started using Evalato we’ve had nothing but positive feedback from all categories of participants in our events.

Easy to create entry forms and custom…
We use it to select candidates, signing up for our career events, and for the whole awards management, we organise. So the most important thing is our candidates/company entries/junges feel comfortable, while doing whatever is needed. Not last, Evalato saves so much time to our team, we really do have time for more inspirational things to do!

Fantastic awards management software
I’ve been using awards management softwares for years and I’m so impressed by Evalato so far. It has all the functionalities the other systems have but it’s just so much simpler to use. I love that they let you sign up and test the software yourself. I also love that you don’t need to pay more for different features - you get them all no matter your plan. One of the most important reasons to choose Evalato is that they give you the option to pay only for the submissions you receive each month. That’s perfect for us, because it involves no risk when we launch new awards and can’t really know how many submissions we’ll get. aving worked with other similar systems, I could say Evalato is the best on the market right now.

- Easy to create entry forms and custom fields - with little training (p.s. the video tutorials were great) we were able to create all of our awards' entry forms; - As we were already using Braintree Payments for the forum, setting up our payments was also a breeze; - Judge assignments were very intuitive also, and we like that the judges receive a personal email with login credentials. - All-in-all so far the solution fits our needs great.

A must-have during an evaluation process
For a reasonable price, you get an amazing software which does most of the work for you! One of the best things about it is that it is a real time-saver! Title: Simple and efficient awards software
I researched a few softwares before deciding to go for Evalato and I know I’ve made the best choice. It’s definitely the easiest to use and so efficient. It’s simple and user-friendly for our applicants and judges too. it’s not perfect, of course, but compared to the other solutions I’ve researched it’s so much better! Moreover, Evalato has regular updates and releases new features all the time so I believe next time I leave a review, I’ll leave this field blank. Priceless software! I recommend it wholeheartedly to anybody who runs awards.

It’s great try it in test mode
Pros: The best platform of this kind and I’ve tried them all! I'm not going to discuss the functionality as there's already a lot of info on their website. Just want to say this is a great solution that almost flew under the radar because of how new it is. They call it a “submission and evaluation” platform and it does exactly that. I especially loved how easy it is to set and then rate applications based on the custom criteria. Cons: None so farOverall experience: Definitely give it a try, you can’t imagine how much better managing a contest it is with a service like this one. If you’re testing, keep in mind that you should stay in “test mode” as switching to “live mode” means you’re using the paid version.
