Bought the orange metallic case for the IPhone 17 Max. The back of the case is extremely loose fitting. Was asked to send pictures and videos of the problem to then be told that it was human error and they cannot do anything about it. Not even offer to replace the so called defective part. Beware when ordering from them that if there is a problem they have no intention of helping despite stringing you along with requests for photos/videos

Great Magnetic Phone Stand for Desk and Car!
I'am very happy with this phone stand. The magnetic hold is very strong and keeps my phone securely in place ( finally!).It's simple but very practical product, especially if you use your phone a lot during the day. I would definitelly recommend it.Ivona S.

Absolute garbage product
Absolute garbage product. $40 for a charger that was broken when it arrived. I corresponded with the company to ask them to replace it and they told me it was incorrectly used and they would not replace it. A piece of plastic that cost them $3 and they are unwilling to send a new one when their product failed. Absolute garbage, go somewhere else. If I could leave it a zero star review I would.

Be Careful on the model you order and read their return/exchange policy. If you order the wrong ipad cover the answer is no exchanges or returns for buying wrong model. If you open the box, it is not new and they will not take it back.

They sold me an Apple Watch band that broke approximately 35 days after receipt.they refused to do anything about it. Said there was a 30 day warranty but the product was clearly defective. BEWARE

The Evolved customer service and company is a joke!
The Evolved customer service is a joke. I wish that I would have done better in a deeper dive review search; won't make that mistake ever again.I have been dealing with a customer service Rep called Jane. Like several other reviews identified, Evolved Customer service does everything to not make a return.In several emails to Jane, I have explained that my IPone17 case they shipped had ZERO packaging, i.e. the box has no seal, no markings on the box and the contents are just the case. Janes company line response, "As per our policy, we’re unable to accept returns on item(s) that have been opened or used.".Common sense would indicate clearly when a customer states they have never used the product because it's the wrong one and the box was never seal or package, so it obviously came opened. Clearly Evolved has zero grounds to refuse my return! I also received an email to leave a review on their website, it's locked out. This is why you see zero bad reviews on their site. This has every indication of AI use and corrupt owners of the company. I hope that any future customers read all of the bad reviews before purchasing.

Product not as described and costly international return required
I ordered a phone case advertised as “MagCase Metal”. While the company states the frame is aluminium and the back is PC plastic with a metallic finish, this was not clearly communicated in the overall marketing.The product images and videos strongly give the impression that the case is metal throughout, so receiving a plastic-backed case felt misleading and not what I reasonably expected from the listing.When I contacted customer support, I was told I could return the item, but only by shipping it internationally back to the United States at my own expense, with the customer also responsible for any customs costs or deductions.For a low-value item, requiring international return shipping at the buyer’s cost makes obtaining a refund unrealistic and disproportionate.Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

DO NOT BUY
Probably the worst waste of money I've ever spent. In the ads they boast a high quality metal product but what you receive is some cheap plastic thing with Chinese characters. They are obviously producing these things for literally cents. And oh while they are 'proud' of their return policy, check the eligibility requirements for a return. If you open the packaging (which you have to to try it on your phone) you can no longer return it. I'm sick of getting duped into buying cheap Chinese crap all the time.

Wrong product shipped
Evolved sent the wrong product despite my quick response before shipping. I had to pay to return it and they deducted a restocking fee from the refund. After I wrote a review on Trustpilot, Evolved responded saying that they would resolve it properly. I accepted the offer. I wrote to Evolved and gave a list of all the emails trying to get the problem fixed. Evolved did not even reply. In my opinion this company is unethical.

Case breaks easy, don't waste your money.
Waited a long time for reply from customer service. Dropped phone twice on carpet since having Magcase for Iphone17 pro max, now case is broken and won't clip back together. Coating on case has already started to smudge away and scratches easy. I am gentle with my phone and this is one of the worst cases I have had. Waste of money.

Envolved really helped me out
Envolved really helped me out. I needed to cancel my order after a few days of ordering it and they allowed me to do so. I have done this a few times over the years and they always said they couldn’t do it, even though the item hadn’t shipped. Thanks Envolved!
